It's been a year ever since Nancy left SOHO. She is now no longer in Sanya and has been traveling around and resting.
As for Ryan, he has been busy managing the hotel and bringing it to the top hotel in China. Nancy has been seeing Ryan on the news and she is glad that he is living his life to the fullest.
Nancy decides to fly back to Shanghai and visit Lucy and the kids.
"Lucy-jie I'm back!" Nancy ran and hugs Lucy.
"Nancy! It's been awhile!" Lucy was so happy to see Nancy and brings her in. The chat for quite awhile catching up with one another.
"Oh Nancy, while you are away, Randy came here once a week and left letters in your room. Did something happen?" Lucy was worried.
"Letter? Nothing happen don't worry." Nancy assured her and went to her room.
She was shocked to see lots of letters pilled up on her bed. There's even gifts like fake flowers, teddy bear and chocolate.
Nancy read those letter which wrote…
"Its has been a month now. Hope you are doing great…"
"Happy birthday Nancy, hope you are celebrating your birthday happily"
"Merry Christmas, hope you like the gift I've send you"
Nancy took sometime to read all the letters and fell asleep while reading them.
Hours later, Randy drops by.
"Randy…Nancy is back but she's asleep now" Lucy whispered.
Randy was shocked and ran to her room. He slowly open her room and saw her holding on the the letter. He softly walks in and place the blanket on her to prevent her from getting cold.
Randy then walks away.
It was already night time and Nancy finally wakes up. As usual she took a drink and went to her favourite spot.
"Ah…its been awhile that i sat here, looking at the sky. The air smell so fresh" Nancy felt so relax.
It's been a year that Nancy did nothing but rest and travel and now, she is unsure what she should do.
"Should i work? Should i just get married to a rich guy and just rest?" Nancy mumbled to herself.
"As expected, you will definitely be here" Ryan came unexpectedly.
Nancy was shocked and wanted to head back to her room and Ryan hold on to her hand.
"It's been a year Nancy. Do give me a chance to explain. I know my explanation won't do much but…" before Ryan could finish saying his sentence, Nancy cuts in.
"If you are referring to what happen a year ago, i can say that I've forgiven you and basically forgotten everything. You are just a stranger to me now. So let's not bring that up" Nancy let go of his grip and smile at him.
"Let's get to know each other from the start then. Hi I'm Ryan, CEO of SOHO Hotel. I have another nickname called Randy but I won't be using that name anymore" Ryan handed out his hand for a handshake.
"Hi, I'm Nancy. Currently jobless and i love playing with kids at the orphanage here" Nancy smiles.
"Hmm i have a position. Do you mind joining SOHO as event manager?" Ryan offered her to come back
"Hmm…let me consider" Nancy smiles and walks back to her room.
