John couldn't help but ask Augustine when he saw him walk in, "What's the situation with the Soul Eater? Has he surrendered?"
"No," Augustine replied, shaking his head in frustration.
"How is that possible? All four of us are here now, and he still hasn't surrendered? Is the Soul Eater insane?" Alan said, looking surprised.
After all, from a normal person's perspective, these four were extremely formidable figures, and their reputation alone was enough to intimidate many.
"He's always been a madman. I have no idea what's going on in his mind," Augustine muttered under his breath.
"Could it be that the Soul Eater has truly reached the pinnacle of ancient martial arts?" Suddenly, Alice spoke up.
Everyone froze upon hearing her words, and their expressions seemed off.
