Her mind, which was already confused by the recent events of her life was almost lost in confusion after what had just happened. Her clueless self was no more knowledgeable than a two year old in this matter. She had no other option unless to wait and watch. So she waited patiently, paying attention to everything that was happening. The police jeep drove through the beautiful surroundings and pushed itself into a busy city. She had never been there before. After another 15 minutes of unbreakable silence within the jeep, it finally came to a stop at a tall building coloured all in white. The doors of the jeep opened and the head policeman got down. He also commanded her to do the same. But she acted as if she was deaf. The other policeman talked to her unmoving body. "Hey! Little miss trouble maker, will you get down now or do you require an invitation?" But she stayed stubbornly not moving a finger. The third policeman, who had the looks of a middle aged man, shook her by her shoulders. But nothing moved except that, the moment he released her, her unconscious body lost it's balance and rolled on to the ground. The head policeman held her face up and checked her pulses. He gave a perplexed look at the other two policeman and woke up his voice. "She is dead." "What? How?" The questions filled the environment with shock and puzzle. Baffled by the sudden death, they carried her body into the police station while her soul silently followed them in. They left her body on a bench and went into the office to discuss about the matter. She rested her soul at one end of the bench and kept staring at her own body. "So am I dead now? Is everything over? Is my soul trapped all alone in this damn world unable to do anything?" She thought. She didn't want everything to end. She wanted her life back. She cried her heart out. But no tears poured down her cheeks as they once used to do. She had no eyes. No mouth. The only thing she owned was her mind. What could she do with it? She wished she could actually die. Not only physically but completely. "Isn't it better that way?" She yelled but nothing could be heard. Through these silent tears of anguish the office door opened with a thud. The policemen came out. "Try and recognize this girl. Also try to contact anyone that she had been associating with." The head policeman ordered the other two. After sometime her body was moved to the mortury. She accompanied her body there. It was dark inside. There were alomost 30 dead bodies lying on the chilly floor covered in white clothes. The body next to hers was uncovered for some reason. She peered into the familiar face of the fifteen year old boy who was at the cottage of Barnia. "Where did you come from? Why had I killed you? That's where my carefree life ended. Whatever the secrets that lie beneath your still body is the whole reason of my all sufferings." Incapable of doing anything else she blamed him for everything. The dark symbol on his neck had turned back to black. She wanted to observe him more but she refused to do so. "Isn't that why I'm in touble now? Because I went to investigate." She thought. After a couple of hours while she was floating peacefully in the cold and gloomy air of the mortury, the door opened. And a cute teenage girl appeared. "Emma?!!"
