Even before the date for the pre-MBBS examination was announced, I had been having terrible dreams.
Every night, it would be the same dream...and every morning, it would be a force tearing the little bit of sleep I had managed to get.
I had thought I had gotten over my impostor syndrome but in the weeks that led up to the exam, I would always dream that I had failed woefully and became a massive disappointment to my family and most importantly, to myself.
For me, there was no worse feeling than the feeling of crushing disappointment, especially when it could have been prevented by just a little more hard work.
My mind had unfortunately been sometimes occupied with thinking about ways to find the missing piece needed to connect all the scattered fragments that were my turbulent relationship with Tobi.
Whilst studying for the exam, I would often find my thoughts drifting in the direction of the puzzle.
