Xaoi Shing's POV
(It's been 6 months since we started living together. All those memories I had with you is the happiest thing that I ever experience. Even the time when I'm down you're always there to accompany me wearing those poker face of yours, still I'm very thankful. Whatever happens today, I will just think of it as a bad dream because I'm sure that you will always be my Soffee.)
I kissed his forehead before walking in to my closet at took a set of blanket and pillow since it too cold at this hour, the thinker the better.
I took a last glance at him before leaving out the room.
(Now there's no other choice. I'm going to sleep in the sofa.)
I force my body to walk straight to the sofa. And took my phone, passing the time. I came across Ru Shi's name.
It's been awhile since I last saw him. How's he now?
I quickly dial Ru Shi's number but I stop my self from pressing the call button.
(Should I call him? But maybe his asleep, it's too late now. But what if he has something important to tell me? Or what if something happens to him? But I don't want to disturb his sleep)
Not knowing what to do I press the call button.
*Ring, ring*
*Ring ,ring*
'click'
"Hello? Who's this?"
He's voice is kinda hoarse and there's also this little yawn.
"Hi Ru Shi, sorry, did I disturb you?"
"Mmn"
"I'm sorry to call you late at night, I'll just call you again tomorrow"
"No, no Shing-er wait don't hang it up"
"Yes?"
"Sorry, I didn't know you were the one who called. I didn't look at my phone screen earlier"
"Haha it's ok. It was I who supposed to apologize for waking you up"
"No no, it's not a big deal. Even if you'd like to talk to me till sunrise I will be obliged"
"Hahaha I won't do that"
"Haha by the way, why did you call me?"
"Nothing much, I just realized we haven't met for awhile now"
"Did something happen?"
"No no, just that-"
"What is it? Do you want to talk about it?"
"I just feel like, I want to unwind"
"Then, can I accompany you?"
"Haha no need"
"Why?"
"I don't have enough savings for travel expenses, I'm even thinking of looking for a temporary job"
"Does your parents didn't give you enough money?"
"They did but they still don't know that I adopted a dog and most of their money was spent for Soffee's necessities. If they do, my mom will going to kill me"
"Is that so? I'll treat you then. Its been awhile since the last time we took a date"
"What date?"
"Ah I mean spend time together, you know bonding time, you and me haha"
"Haha really? Okay I'll see you tomorrow then"
"Is that a promise?"
"Yes"
"You sure you won't take it back?"
"Yes"
"I'll pick you up tomorrow then?"
"Sure"
"Okay okay can't wait"
"Thank you"
"There's no need. As long as it makes my Shing-er happy, I will do anything"
"Haha. If there's nothing else, I'm hanging up now"
"Wait Shing-er"
"Hmm?"
"No-nothing. I just wanna say good night"
"You too, good night"
Then I press the end call button.
I lay myself in the sofa trying to find a comfortable position.
I play in my phone for a little while till my eyes get tried. I put my phone on the table beside me. Closing my eyes, ready to sleep.

I woke up with a side noice around.
(Ah my phone's alarm clock)
Still my eyes close, I extend my arm to reach out my phone when I suddenly out balance myself and feel into the ground.
(Ho! That gives me a scare)
I took my phone in and press the stop button. It's already 5am. It might be early for other people but for an independent person like me it is already a perfect time to start a day.
The sun wasn't risen yet and it's still a bit dark outside.
I took 10 minutes of exercise (for a healthy body of course. It's always nice to stay fit) before heading to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast.
I went to my room to check on Soffee.
(He's still asleep. I better not wake him up)
I went inside to take a set of outdoor clothes since I'll meet with Ru Shi later.
Slowly, trying not to make any sound as possible as I can.
"Mmmm"
(Oh no did I wake him up?)
Soffee move facing the other side.
(Whew! That was close)
I walk on my tip toes.
(I feel like a thief in this situation)
When I safely went out of my room, I went straight to the bathroom kitchen to take a shower.
When I'm done all the necessary things to make myself presentable, I then started to prepare Soffee's dog food and his luke warm milk.
(Wait this isn't right. Since hes not a dog anymore, maybe dog food is not suitable for him?)
I then prepared my leftovers and started to reheat it. Then I place them it the table from Soffee to eat later. But of course I can't forget to cover it up just to make sure, there might be some insect lurking around and eat it up while I'm gone.
I walk to the the door and close it with a 'bang'.
