"Can I speak to you guys for a second?", Hiroshi says in their group chat that was created for easier communication between himself, Emiko, Kichi, Midori and Nikko that relates to the café. They all quickly respond to let him know that they're all online. "Great. So tomorrow I will have the café be closed down due to some maintenance work that's needed to be done", he says to them. "So basically, you all get a day off this week! Hope you guys spend this day off well and not just laze around", he continues to say to them as they read his messages, Midori and Emiko have already thought of a plan to do during their day off. "Well that's all for now. See you guys next time", he says before logging off. "I was about to say 'See you next time' back to him but seems he logged off instantly.", Nikko says in the group chat. "Anyway, what are you guys planning to do tomorrow?", he asks his friends within the group chat. "I'm planning to practice skateboarding. Would you be so kind to lend a hand tomorrow?", Kichi says in the group chat. "Oh sure! I didn't really had anything to do tomorrow. So I'm all free.", he replies back. "Now what about you gu-", Nikko was about to end his sentence but found out that Midori and Emiko both logged off. "Well guess it's a secret then", Kichi says to him.
In reality, the girls set their status to offline instead of logging off. They both went to their private group chat which consist of them alongside Midori's little sister Ao who is in 2-B. The same class that Midori used to be in during her second year of high school. "Listen up you guys. This includes you to Ao. We will have a grand fun time tomorrow. Ya hear me?", Midori says within the group chat which also alerted Ao who was about to fall asleep. "What is it sis? I was about to go to sleep", she complains to her big sister. "Oops! My bad. I'll be quick though so you can get some good night sleep", she apologizes to her and quickly states why she needed Ao to be online. "So what are we doing tomorrow?", Emiko asks her. Midori smirks before sending the message that lit up both Emiko and sleepyhead Ao's eyes. "Tomorrow we will be going to the new shopping center in Tokyo. I already pre-ordered the bus tickets for us and you guys need to be ready before 10 AM. You hear me?". "Yes ma'am!", they both said to her and Emiko quickly remembered that she's older than Midori by 5 months so her messaged didn't made a whole lot of sense but she still rolled with it. "Alrighty. That's all for tonight. We will plan out on where to go in the shopping center while we wait and the bus stop tomorrow", she says to them in chat. "May I suggest we all eat at the nearby breakfast place located at the bus stop to cut some time of us eating breakfast at home?", Ao says to them. "I love that idea! Good work sis", Midori replies and compliment her sister's suggestion. After that they all went to sleep and are all happy of what is coming for them tomorrow.
Midori and Ao are waiting for Emiko at the breakfast place that they all agreed on eating at while waiting for the bus arrived. Ao asks her sister, "Is Emiko-san always this late, sis?". She replied with, "Yes, yes she is.", before continuing to indulge her cup of coffee. The two of them hear a sound coming from the distance. They look in said direction and saw Emiko. "I'm here!", she shouts at them as she runs full speed ahead and nearly tripping over a small rock that was in the pathway. Midori quickly caught her before she fall. "Thanks!", she says to her. "Your welcome", she replies back. "Seems you're still as clumsy as ever Emiko-san", Ao says to her. Emiko giggles it off and pats Ao on the head as she orders her food and drink at the breakfast place. A few minutes passed by and their bus finally arrives to pick them up. They quickly hoped into the bus and with no other passengers coming in, the bus doors shut tight and it drives them towards their designated location.
The three of them look out of the window as the bus slowly arrives at their designated location. A giant shopping center rise into their view. The bus finally stopped and they all quickly exited the bus while also double checking their seats to ensure they didn't leave anything behind. They all are amazed at the scale of the building and Midori even compares it to one of the ancient places she read about in her textbooks. They all took a deep breathe and walked into the shopping center to finally start their girls day off adventure around the newly build shopping center. Before they actually step foot into there, Emiko quickly falls onto her face due to a tiny rock in the pathway. Thankfully she fell onto very soft grass that broke her fall.
Midori and Ao picks Emiko up from her fall. "You should probably watch where you walking next time, Emiko-san", Ao says to her. She nods, "Yeah, I think my clumsiness curse is still within me". Midori sighs at her, "For the last time. It's not a curse. You're just very clumsy". They walked into to the shopping mall and they are met with plenty of stores to venture through. Midori was interested with the bookstore whilst Emiko and Ao were interested with the clothing store. Midori wanted to start with the bookstore but she knows that it'll bore Emiko and Ao out pretty quickly if it's their first destination. So she ultimately followed them around for awhile. They each looked at all the wonderful and colourful choice of clothes that strike their interests. Emiko was attracted to the more cozy and comfy style of clothes while the two sisters were attracted to the more colourful and vibrant style of clothes. They all each took turn trying out their preferred clothes with them doing a mini-catwalk to see which clothes fit with each other. They had a lot of fun with trying out new clothes even trying out new styles that they thought didn't match them but it works with them surprisingly well. "Sis, Emiko-san. Can I buy these clothes?", Ao asks the two of them as she shows off a stylish cozy styled clothing you would wear while you drink at a café. They both nod. "Sure, I'll pay it for you", Emiko says to her. Ao jumps in joy. Midori and Emiko both ended up buying matching clothing that they could wear during other days off or while they are at work. After picking and purchasing their clothes. They left the clothing store to go towards their next location. The bookstore which brought excitement to not only Midori but also her little sister, Ao.
They arrived at the bookstore and the smell of newly placed books filled the room which sparks the eyes of the two sisters. Midori and Ao quickly rushed to the newly released section to see what's the latest book selling and to find out if there are latest chapters of stories they are currently reading while the two sisters are busy, Emiko strolls down the isle and quickly hides in the romance section. She picked up a book titled, "Would You Fall In Love With Me?". She reads the back of the book to learn of it's description. "Two friends who enrolled into the same university as one another after not seeing each other in over 5 years suddenly spark a new connection betw-", her reading was cut off by a sudden tap on the shoulder by Midori. Midori smirks, "What you doing back here, Emiko-chan". "N-nothing", she says while blushing and hiding the book behind her. Midori sighs. "Ao's currently busy looking at other books. I'll help you out picking a book that suits your need so you can learn more about love and you can try using some of the things you read in the book on Kichi". "U-use on Kichi?! W-what are you talking about?!", Emiko says while still blushing and now are stuttering her words. Midori continues smirking while also giggling. She looks around the romance section and found a perfect book for Emiko. "What about this? The book is titled, "Tomorrow's Wish". The story is about two strangers who felt like they known each other from their past life and they tried their best to find a connection between one another via a wish they made at the exact same time. Then there's a whole collection of things they do together and in the end they fell in love with each other once more". "S-sure! I'll read this one", Emiko says and swiftly grabs the book out of Midori's hand and tries to hide it from Ao. Midori continues to giggle underneath her breath and grabbed the latest volume of a manga she's been reading lately, Ao grabbed a new book to read and they all head to the cash register to pay up. "Can you bring your sister out of the store so she won't find out about the book. I'll pay for your guys book this time around.", Emiko says to her friend. "Sure", Midori replies. "Hey Ao. Let's go to the D.I.Y store across the hallway. I remembered you saying that you needed something for a project". "Oh yeah! I needed a few items for my project that's due this week. But what about the books?", she says to her sister. "Oh don't worry. Emiko-chan will pay it up this time around", she says to her and drags her out of the store.
After sorting out the books and hiding her book in her backpack. Emiko quickly rushes to Midori and Ao's location within the Decoration store. Emiko scouts the store to locate the location of the two sisters. She finally spots the sisters browsing the gift section. "There you guys are", she says to them. "Oh, hello Emiko-san", Ao says to her. "So what chu guys searching for?", she asks them. "Oh where just looking for some ribbons to decorate Ao's project that is due this week", Midori says to her while still searching for the ribbons. Emiko spots the ribbons in an instant and hands them over to Ao. "Are these the things you were looking for?", she says to her. "Yes! Thank you so much Emiko-san!", Ao says to her while giving her a hug. Emiko pats her on the head and the three of them procced to the poster section to search for a new poster to put up in the living room of the sister's house and one for Emiko's bedroom. "Ooh, what about this one?", Emiko says to them while showing a bright and colourful poster. "Nah, it won't work with our living room due to having only one solid colour", Midori says to her. Emiko sighs and puts it back up knowing it won't suit her bedroom. "Hey you guys! Come over here", Ao says to them from the far end of the section where they found a poster that shows a painting of a beach with a sunset and birds flying around in an elegant way. It suited not only the living room of the sister's house but also suits Emiko's bedroom. Thankfully there were two of them left so they quickly picked them up before anyone else could and rushed towards the cash register to pay up for all the things they have grabbed within the store.
The girls left the Decoration store with an empty stomach. They decided to head off to the food corner of the shopping center before going to their final destination for the day. They all decided to dine in at a café named "Neko Café" which not only serves delicious food and drink but also has a lot of adorable cats roaming around the café for customers entertainment where customers can play alongside the cats. "Oh my god, cats!", Emiko says as they enter the café. Emiko quickly plays with the cats whilst Midori and Ao found a table for them to sit at and the two ordered their food and drinks. "Hey Emiko! What do you want?", Midori says to her. Emiko leaves the cats alone and walk to their seat. "I'll have spaghetti carbonara with chicken slices and a nice green tea beverage", she says to the waitress. While waiting for their order, they played with the cats in the café and Emiko found Orange within the store. "Wait a second. Orange how did you get here?", she says to the cat. The cat didn't respond but rubbed herself to Emiko's leg letting her know that it is indeed her. "Awww, you are still cute", she says to the cat while squishing it's face. Midori was also surprised to see Orange there but she's happy that Orange found a new place for her to live in. Their orders finally arrived and the three of them indulge themselves with the food and drink. Ao surprisingly paid for their order and the three of them set foot out of the café leaving Orange behind and are on their way to their final destination. The Cinemas.
Last night, Midori was able to purchase tickets for the last three seats of the currently showing movie that is quite popular in the moment. With the bought tickets and Midori miraculously figuring out at what time they would arrive at the cinema, they arrived just in time before the showing. The three of them sat at their seats and enjoyed the movie with each expressing different emotion with Ao and Emiko crying a lot during the movie while Midori is way too focused with the story that the movie is trying to present to the viewers. After a few tissues and hours later, the movie finally ended and the girls left the cinema with a smile on their faces from such a wonderful experience.
They all had a great time at the shopping center but they need to leave now as it hits 5 PM on their phones. Each of them cherish the moment they spent together with pictures taken on Midori's phone which Midori would share in their group chat. They all leave the shopping center and took the bus back home. Later when they arrived at Emiko's house to leave bid farewell to her. They met up with Kichi and Nikko with Kichi having a few bruises and band-aids on his body. "Oh my god! What happened?!", Emiko says in a distressed voice as she worries for her friend. "Kichi over here keeps falling off his skateboard too much especially during tricks which made him look like this", Nikko says to her. Kichi pats Emiko on the head, "You don't need to worry! I'm a okay! I think...", he says to her with a grin on his face. Emiko shakes of the worriedness of her face and sighs in relief. "Alright then but make sure to wear safety gear next time", she says to him. He nods and Nikko helped Kichi to walk back to Kichi's house as Kichi successfully gave himself a limp from his failures. The girls giggled from a far as the two left their view.
"Well I had a great time today! What if we do it again in the future", Emiko says to them. The sisters nod. "Sure! It was fun to have some girl time and helping out a friend with a certain something", Midori says to her and smirks after finishing her sentence. "What did you help her out with? I wanna know!", Ao says to her sister with curiosity. "Nah, I won't tell ya as it's a secret between your sister and her friend", she says to her. Ao pouts and looks away. The friends laughed and Emiko waves the sisters goodbye as the two of them go on their way back home.
