Inshal flicked her tail and narrow her eyes, 'I don't want to' she begged in her mind that he chooses to stay quiet. "I'll keep quiet if you're able to excuse any crimes that I might commit in the future" Xzaviar bargained, Inshal thought for a moment.
"Sounds good" Inshal let him go, "but any sign that you snitched then I'll have your head" she threatened.
"Right" Xzaviar nodded, "let's go then" he walked on and she followed. They walked back to the camp, every step adding more and more tension to her head, she didn't feel sick or faint just achy. Once they made it back to camp she realised how quiet it was, no-one was out as they should be.
"A little quiet today" Xzaviar commented, "how do you think Marlo would react?" he glanced at her.
"I don't know, the cold has affected him" Inshal shrugged and walked to the tent.
"Inshal" Xzaviar called to her, "please walk with me" he turned towards the forest where the furry town sat.
"Ok" she tilted her head, "where to?".
"Just... somewhere" Xzaviar didn't look too sure, he had a look.
"Something wrong?" Inshal asked and he gave her a side look.
"Not here" he sighed, Xzaviar walked of, he seemed trouble and Inshal had no clue on what is on his mind.
They got a good distance from the camp before Xzaviar stopped in his track's. "Inshal I did something I'm going to regret and Marlo or anyone else can ever know" he gritted his teeth, panic in his eyes, "can I trust you?" he sounded more panicked then she thought she would ever hear.
"If you have a secret that needs to die with those who knows it then you can trust me" Inshal promised him and he nodded with a smile.
"I..." he bit his lip, "I committed a crime I couldn't stop myself from committing".
"That is?" Inshal asked tilting her head once more.
"I slept with an angel" Xzaviar flicked his tail and looked at her surching for her thoughts.
"Who?" Inshal pinned her ears back and narrowed her eyes, 'surly not Strongmind, he didn't look like he was raped or had sex with anyone'.
"The angel you call Strongmind" he seemed to holding in an emotion, what emotion Inshal doesn't know.
"How did you?" Inshal asked, wanting to not finish the question.
"He was easy to seduce, he seemed to be dying for some action" Xzaviar explained but clearly not sure if he's comfortable to talk about it.
"Was that why you were there?" Inshal asked him keeping herself calm.
"Yes we heard you coming and he told me to leave but I wanted to know what he was up to" Xzaviar explained, "I kinds regret staying".
"You can take it easy you know" Inshal spoke softly, "you don't need to spill everything out".
"You know it's gonna be hard for me to keep this a secret, awkward really, I just want you to know something" Xzaviar sounded as if he was threatening but a tone is was present.
"You want to continue with our walk then?" Inshal asked drooping her ears a little.
"If you wish... my queen" he sounded bitter but in a jokey way.
"It's gonna take a while for me to get used to that" Inshal mumbled. They walked, for a long while, until they reached the town.
"What's this?" he asked looking at the town with dryed blood being cleaned of the roads.
"What in the world happened here?" Inshal sniffed and smelled something strange. "A vampire must have lost control but I feel like I know this vampire" Inshal smelled the air a bit more, it wasn't FunPup but she knows who this is or was.
"Let's go scare them and find out who your friend is" Xzaviar suggested and jumped in before she could say no.
"Xzaviar!" Inshal called out to him, "stop!" she pounced but missed and he was up the road and had a police officer pinned by his neck.
"What?" he turned to her, "don't tell me you don't like tormenting mortals" he gave her a look that made her feel sick to her stomach.
"Let him go" she ordered in a harsh town, Xzaviar dropped him but kept his eyes on her. The police officer ran on all fours and anyone in the street dashed away.
"Great there goes the fun I wanted" Xzaviar said sycasticly.
"You can have fun and leave innocents alone" Inshal flicked her tail and sent a small stone flying.
"Fine, let's just figure out what caused this bad of a crime scene" Xzaviar went to investigate and Inshal saw a lot of furrys keeping their distance but obviously curios.
"Maby they know" Inshal pointed to them and Xzaviar turned with a look in his eye.
"If they are willing to talk to us, you go" he suggested. Inshal moved a little closer but stopped when she saw them holding guns at her.
"What did this!?" she asked and some began to flee. Inshal got a little closer and that got a reaction.
"Stay back!" a cougar furry hissed, "I'll shoot you!" he warned.
"What did this!?" she repeated herself and pointed at the blood.
"A vampire!" a familiar voice answered, "someone who shouldn't have been a vampire" FunPup looked pissed and a warning look flashed her eyes.
"Inshal what did you do?" Xzaviar joked, "now that's a pissed half vampire" he smirked.
"Wipe that smile of your face" Inshal hissed and moved towards the stail sent of Willow.
"Alright, we now know what it is do we have to follow it?" Xzaviar asked and Inshal turned to see a bunch of scared furrys and a bored demon.
"Yes" Inshal pinned her ears back to show she isn't having any attitude. Xzaviar stopped moping and followed her, they went north, a dried blood trail helped her find the way. Inshal took to the air, it was faster and the sun was beginning to set, "how long do you think it will take to reach this vampire?" Xzaviar asked from behind her.
"I don't know, a few hours" Inshal guessed, "we are after Willow" Inshal decided to mention.
"Right that is? Xzaviar asked yawning.
"An innocent furry" Inshal then picked up the speed when her sent became fresh in the air.
They were hours away from the town, if they tried to go back now it would a waisted trip. "Hey look at this!" Xzaviar called out, he pointed at some tracks that were hours old.
"What is it?" Inshal asked not recognising the three claws at the front and one claw at the back foot prints.
"A pure vampire" Xzaviar replied, "mean, nasty creatures".
"It must of seen Willow and followed, furry vampires isn't something you see everyday" Inshal guessed and followed the trail. They followed for a good extra two hours before finding a tree that held a strong sent of the two of them.
"Aaa!" Xzaviar sat down ontop of the sent, "make me fly any further and my wings will fall of" he complained.
"Get up, they will be moving at night so we need to move" Inshal ordered and they walked as she followed the very fresh sent that led South, West.
"Are we close?" Xzaviar complained, "I wish to sleep" he shivered, "and get out of the cold".
"No" Inshal smelled a bit more, "they are moving fast and we need to be on their tail" she informed which was replied with an angry look.
"I'm regretting, letting you live" Xzaviar scuffed his unnatural snout and showed his sabor like fangs.
"I'm regretting letting you have your free will" Inshal shot back at him, "come on we are getting closer" she encouraged. They walked a little further when Xzaviar began to whine and Inshal saw a deep crack in the scales of his wings. "Do you know how to make that he'll fire?" Inshal asked and Xzaviar had a hopeful look.
"Yes" he jumped at the chance and got the fire lit quicker then Inshal could imagine.
"Much better" Xzaviar sighed and the crack began to heal up and Inshal sat with her knees to her chest. "Who was that half vampire?" he asked, "she seemed to have known you".
"Her name is FunPup" Inshal began, "I saw she was suffering with her hunger so I offered her some demons blood, I managed to convince Marlo but FunPup lost her fletchling hood and she blames me for it".
"She is rather gorgeous though" Xzaviar leaned back on the stones and smoke was released from under him.
"I know" Inshal flicked her tail, 'I can't stop admirering her beauty every time I think of her' Inshal smiled.
"Ohh" Xzaviar spoke sycasticly, "does the angel-demon hybrid fell in love with the furry-vampire hybrid?" he laughed.
"Shut up or I'll force you to sleep without the comfort of your fire" Inshal threatened with the sharp tone Marlo had presented to her.
"Alright, alright I'll go to sleep now then" Xzaviar shut uo fore the rest of the night and slept rather peaceful for a demon. 'I guess in the morning I'll have to move fast to find her' Inshal sighed, 'poor cub, from what I've seen she is innocent by nature but now having to bare with the guilt of harming when she doesn't want to' Inshal bit her lip with the thought and slowly went to sleep.
