He hurried to the emergency room of Duke and was surprised to see Annabel on the floor, she had passed out. He ran to her, shook her, dragged her up, and then struggled to revive her. "Annabel, wake up." His fearful voice came alive.
Suddenly, she regained consciousness and sat up on the floor. He also noticed Duke sat upon his sickbed also, but said nothing but just kept on staring around.
He pulled Annabel out of the room and struggled to sit her up on the floor.
He then waved his ten fingers in front of her eyes, "can you see my fingers?"
When Annabel finally nodded, he pulled her up into a seat and watched other nurses come around her to attend to her.
Soon, he left for Duke's room.
