Stefanie looked at her from giggling beside Tristan, "what's up, my dear sister-in-law?"
"I made a bet with your brother about the brewing romance recently... Are you with me?"
"Oh, yes. They were so obvious with liking each other," Stefanie conceded. "What's the bet you made? We can go shopping in Rome."
Angeline darted a glance at her husband," no. No shopping for me. That's tedious."
The men around then, including Silas and Tristan, laughed.
"Let's go for a beach outing with Uncle, Nana, and granny," Angeline suggested.
"I love that, my sister," Alissa beamed in the conversation with excitement in her voice. "I'm missing already the smell of the salty seaside."
"That's too bad, and I can't leave my baby…." Stefanie declared.
"And your dear husband," Angeline added and gave her a lingering look. "Let's see what Andre can do, for that matter, but you're coming with us," she said with an unsmiling face, looking at Tristan.
