Although the scene was actually not as exaggerated as that mentioned above, Blake had taken on a serious expression because he had realized that he might not even be able to get a good position since he wasted a lot of time trying to break free of Nana's power.
Counting himself, Blake could tell that there were less than ten participants left, his sight had quickly fallen on the figures of Sakuya and Ragna, he already knew that it would be somewhat difficult for her to be disqualified or withdraw from the event, although the fact that Ragna it was there too was what really surprised him.
Maybe it would make sense that the two of them had already finished off all the wool that was still on the wooly, and they really could have done that if they had the chance, but like throughout the event, they were incredibly busy dodging the little woolies that didn't they left them alone.
As was obvious, because the number of participants had been reduced to a relatively low number, that only made each contestant the target of an even larger number of woolies making it impossible for them to stay in one place for long.
That was something that Blake had to keep in mind, but his attention had once again been caught by something else, and this was mainly the huge wooly that was not far from him and that he didn't hesitate to approach now that everything was clear.
The huge wooly was now quite relaxed since for a while it was walking around the terrain of the dodged square or hitting some of the participants it was with. Also, the huge wooly felt lighter and fresher than before, though it didn't understand the reason for that.
The festive atmosphere continued to fill the place as everyone could tell that the main event was close to end, no one knew how much wool each of the participants had as there was no way to know until the final comparison was done, but it was inevitable that both Sakuya and Ragna would be the top favorites after showing what they were capable of.
It seemed that it would all end in a contest between the runic pair that had been very busy up until now, but as cheers of support rang through the air, something else was able to catch everyone's attention.
It was as if everyone's eyes had been caught at a single point, and that place was the head of the huge wooly. Obviously, a large amount of wool was left on top of it, but besides that, everyone noticed a figure with blond hair as well he appeared there while in his hand carrying a huge spoon... And before anyone could say anything, the inevitable happened.
"Swoosh!" A sound that was no longer too strange for everyone present was heard again in the area, this occurred once the spoon in Blake's hand glowed a bit and then he released the power of the wind element thanks to the array it possessed.
A large part of the wool of the huge wooly had left its body with just that movement, and although he could tell this, it seemed that he was in a bit of trouble... Blake was holding onto a part of the wooly's wool firmly so as not to fall, he could feel how the wooly had started to move due to his action, so he didn't want to fall at this moment.
He had taken advantage of the moment of confusion to slip away in silence until he reached the back of the huge wooly and then began to climb his body. Blake wanted to blend in a bit more, but it seemed like he didn't get much of a chance to do so.
"That's... Blake?!" And while a characteristic silence seized the crowd upon seeing this entire scene, Collette's surprised voice brought everyone back to reality.
"I was wondering where he was, it's the first time I've seen him in the whole event." Rusk also commented a bit since now he had remembered that Blake was also participating.
Once they heard the duo of siblings, the public turned their attention to Blake, some people who used to attend the Sharance festivals remembered him since lately he participated in all of them and given a good performance, although some did not know him and were only a little surprised by the decision he had at this time.
"Well, it looks like there are still some last-minute surprises, maybe it's a new type of strategy, although I don't know how effective it is, anyway... The blond-haired boy who seems to be riding the huge wooly is no mystery to anyone of those of us who live in Sharance, but he still needs an introduction! would you like to do the honors, Rusk?" Collette gave Rusk the floor without listening to his opinion.
"Since you insist… Dear audience, pay your attention to that person since he is anything but ordinary, a day came without warning, and he rid the town of a monster that only caused trouble with each passing day, he also kicked a runic's ass once with both hands behind his back! Although I could do that too…" Rusk said that in a low voice, although he clearly said it so that his voice would be amplified and everyone would hear. "Anyway, he's a good friend of mine too, almost like the brother I never had, although I'm a little jealous of him since I think he has stolen the hearts of several girls, I think my sister is on that list…"
And to everyone's surprise, the next thing they could see and hear was a simple but powerful sound accompanied by a dazzling light that they would not forget.
"Rumble!" And that roar occurred at the moment that Collette put her hand on Rusk's head so that a moment later, from her body, several arcs of lightning were produced so that they all went towards the hand with which she had trapped Rusk.
He couldn't do anything at that moment, not even in the instant that a column of lightning was created around him since he didn't have time to scream in pain before falling unconscious on the commentary table while some foam could be noticed come out of his mouth and his eyes lost all their brightness.
Collette had a cold look on her face, not the slightest expression of guilt could be seen after having done that, but there was one thing that everyone was sure of, and that was that they should forget the previous image of Collette and replant the idea of trying to annoy her in any way.
Blake's presentation had ended there, everything had already become quite clear to them, and without thinking too much about the previous scene, they turned their attention back to the battle arena waiting for the outcome of the event...
