"A… A wooly?" That was the only thing that came out of Blake after hearing Shara's words.
"Yeah, I think it was the night before you got to town. I found a wooly outside, that night it was raining a lot, plus I thought it was injured since it seemed to be unconscious." Blake was paying close attention since he could guess what it was all about. "Its wool was golden in color, I could even say that it was like the color of your hair, hehe. In the end, I had taken it inside the house with me, and although my grandpa was somewhat upset about it, I took it up to my room and put it on my bed to rest."
Memories had just hit Blake, he remembered that when he first regained consciousness, he was actually in Shara's bed, and from what she had told him, it was pretty clear that she had found him in his monster form, making him understand various things.
"Unfortunately, during the morning I went to check on it, but it seemed that it had escaped. I had gone out looking for it, I know that monsters know how to take care of themselves, but I still wasn't sure if it was really hurt, and while I was doing that, the scene where we met for the first time occurred… In the end, I couldn't find that wooly anywhere, that's why I wanted to tell you that, if you see it, tell me if it's okay, and... Please, if you return it to the forest of beginnings, don't hurt it too much." Shara's plea was quite clear, but Blake calmed her down enough at the same time that he promised that he would tell her if he saw it, besides not hurting it... Although Blake was clearly lying.
'Should I tell Shara that that wooly was actually me...?' That question came to Blake's mind, but he just shook his head before he stopped thinking about it.
He knew that he was a half-monster, but he still hadn't figured out if that was something normal, he remembered that there were more races besides humans. Pia was a mer, Daria was an elf, and Gaius was a dwarf, but even so, he needed to research this aspect before thinking of telling anyone else about his situation.
"Well, it looks like we've come a long way now. Let's go to the meadow in the distance, Blake." Shara finished what she had to say once she realized they were close to where she wanted to take Blake.
She had picked up her pace again until she was running at high speed. Again, Blake had to chase after her to keep track of her, and just as he crossed what appeared to be a natural arc made by the trees that lined the path, he was greeted by an open space that was bathed in warm sunlight while Shara's lively voice reached his ears once more.
"We are here! This is the place I wanted to show you, Blake. Look at all these flowers!" Shara's words were not said for no reason, it was exactly that.
The place where they were now was an open space where, everywhere he looked, there were a large number of flowers of various colors adorning the landscape, the slight breeze making their petals move at a slow pace at the same time that you could enjoy the slight pleasant aroma that they gave off, but, above all, the view could only be defined in one way.
"It's... It's beautiful." Blake had been fascinated with the place, not only because of the beauty of the flowers but also because of the view in the distance.
Now he was sure that the town was in a mountainous area since the place where they were was a cliff, Blake had managed to see the immensity of the desert as well as the nature that rose far from it.
He too could see a few windmills scattered across the landscape and, far beyond, what appeared to be another town off the beaten path. Shara had quietly approached Blake as she'd seen that he was pretty caught up with the image, but she couldn't help but comment a bit.
"That's the Blossom town, it's not much bigger than Sharance, but it has a market where many merchants come, plus the closest messaging department is there." Blake paid attention to this and thought it would be a good idea to go there once if he had the chance, it was true that he was already exploring the areas around the town, but he also had an interest in what lay beyond.
"I appreciate that you brought me here, Shara." Blake had snapped back to reality as he thanked Shara.
"I'm glad you liked it, maybe it's not for others, but this place is quite special to me, so I always try to take care of it as well as possible." The smile on Shara's face was quite honest.
Blake looked around again, the flowers adding a lot of color and warmth to the landscape.
"Well, you do a great job. Although I think it shouldn't surprise me since you must be very talented if you work in the florist shop." Blake noticed that Shara only laughed a little before leaning against her legs and turning her attention to the flowers that were still dancing due to the wind.
Blake did the same as her, and then he could hear her voice again.
"You know? besides taking care of them, I also like to talk to flowers." Shara was gently touching them while saying that. "Of course, I know they are plants and they won't answer me, but I always felt like I can tell them anything."
Shara thought that maybe Blake would feel a little weird about that, but there was nothing to worry about.
"Then I guess these flowers are really beautiful because of you, Shara, and even if they can't answer, I think they really enjoy you talking to them." Blake wasn't going to judge Shara, and an idea had occurred to him at that moment.
Blake stood up again and pulled out a rather familiar seed from nowhere and then dropped it on the ground. Shara saw all that, and before she could ask anything, her eyes began to shine.
After Blake did that, the seed began to grow rapidly as it was obviously his sword partner.
Shoku's figure was quite clear after a few seconds at the same time that Shara was approaching with much enthusiasm.
"Incredible! I'm pretty sure it's the same magic seed I gave you, but it looks very different from what I remember." Shara had really been surprised since she was in charge of testing the magic seeds from the store to see if there were no problems with them, so she remembered the shape Blake's magical seed must have taken.
"Yeah... Actually, some things happened and you could say it evolved or something like that." Blake said that because he couldn't think of another way to explain what had happened. "Anyway, Shara, meet Shoku."
Blake didn't think much of it before and just started introducing them.
"So you gave it a name, nice to meet you, Shoku!" Shara's animated voice was present again at that moment.
Blake had learned that she always gave off joy and energy that was hard to match. He had thought of taking Shoku out so that Shara could talk to her a bit, he knew that Shoku could understand what he was saying to a certain extent, so it would be interesting for Shara to give it a try.
Shoku was still floating in the middle of the place. She looked completely calm and it seemed that she had simply decided to ignore Shara, but after a second, Blake became very worried as he clearly saw how Shoku lunged directly at Shara, but especially, she did it in the same way as when she attacked a monster without mercy…
