Blake opened the mystery box of this time and got something new to him.

"So, this was what Shara was talking about, I guess I'll try it later with the flowers that are in the field." Putting away what he had obtained, Blake could be seen entering the peculiar Privera forest again, the same environment he already seemed to be being used to was shown in front of him and the sounds of nature as well as of the monsters entered his ears causing him to quickly equip himself with all the objects he had. "Okay, let's see what the improvement was exactly."

"It looks good, but it's best to try it." And conveniently, in front of him, a walking apple had just appeared with a mocking smile that was enough for Blake not to hesitate to attack and then see how a value of -65 came out of it and turn into the typical halo of light to disappear the next moment. "Wow... That really is a great improvement, I only did twenty damage normally using the sword, I don't understand exactly how the damage I do is calculated, but it seems that class F monsters won't be a problem anymore."

Eagerly, he too summoned his magic seed and proceeded through the forest towards the ruins hoping nothing would interrupt him this time so he could comfortably investigate.

The road was full of clashes, but unlike the early days when it was difficult for him to fight or his runic energy used up too quickly, this time it seemed as if Blake was on a field trip while laying waste to all the monsters that appeared in his way.

After a while, he had once again arrived right in front of the entrance to the ruins, even finding other areas with fields to farm in the forest that he made sure to remember where they were. He checked his inventory so he didn't forget anything and calmly went downstairs to clear the last area, so the monsters wouldn't be a problem.

But what was not expected was that, instead of that, he found a huge hat that shouted with enthusiasm at the same time that it threw fireballs at all the monsters that were around the place until it could be seen that it was there not a trace of these.

"Sigh... That was relaxing, Oh Blake, what are you doing here?!" Marian's animated voice filled the room.

"I was going to ask you that very question..." It didn't take long for Blake to realize who it really was and wonder to himself how so many people could enter the ruins. 'Actually... I think I didn't close any of the entrances after opening them...'

Leaving his self-criticism for later, he turned his attention back to Marian and listened to what she had to say.

"It really is a surprise to meet us, I was picking herbs in the forest when I found the entrance to these ruins, they are really mysterious, I don't understand most of the symbols and illustrations that are in the whole place, there is also that colorful bridge that seems to have been built not long ago.

"I can say the same thing, actually I was the one who opened the entrance a few days ago and I asked Daria for help to build that bridge, I've been trying to investigate them on my own, but some kind of unforeseen thing always happens that prevents it."

"I see, how about I help you? There must be interesting things, there may even be some kind of hidden treasure or ancient medicines." Noticing Marian's look of excitement, Blake accepted the help and together they began to go even deeper into the place, he knew that if he went on his own it would take a long time to investigate the entirety of the ruins, so the extra help was not a problem. "By the way, I can't help but notice, are you a wizard?"

"Yes, how do you know?" Blake felt that question had come out of nowhere and he was curious as to how Marian had figured it out.

"Actually, I've always been perceptive to that sort of thing, wizards and witches give off a unique feeling every time they form runic essence, as far as I could tell."

"So that was it."

"If you want to hide that feeling, you just have to prevent your runic energy from becoming runic essence on its own, you just have to concentrate enough and you will be able to do it." Following the explanation, Blake concentrated and could see how it was true that the runic energy within his body was slowly being absorbed by the drop of essence that was inside him, so he turned his attention to it and as if it were something natural, the process stopped with a single command from him. "Well done, it seems like it wasn't too difficult, now it seems like you're a normal person."

"Thanks for the advice." Blake was actually grateful, although this information was not really new for him since, part of the information that person had given him within the runic ability, was that same method to hide his level in the runic path, and it worked in the same way.

"You're welcome, by the way, I guess you're a One-rune wizard, have you already formed some rune around your drop of runic essence? I can help you if you have any questions." The question was a bit confusing at first, but once he remembered the runes that swirled around the drop inside him, Blake understood what Marian meant.

"Ah, yes. It seems that I formed five runes, but what exactly are they?" The conversation seemed to be proceeding normally, but Blake hadn't realized that the moment the number of runes had come out of his mouth, Marian had stopped abruptly.

"Marian?"

"I'm sorry, did you say that you formed five runes?"

"Um, yeah, is there any…" But before he spoke any further, Blake realized something. 'Wait, don't tell me I did it again…'
