Ueda Masato: The protagonist, 100% human, was a person from Earth that was reborn in the world of dragon ball.

Azuki An: She is a super Idol that's currently very famous around the world, however, the more valuable she is, the more dangerous it is for her to make public appearances, troubled by stalkers and weirdos, she had no choice but to look for a double during her next concert while she is looking for ways to have the police working 24 hours to protect her.

Tights: First daughter of Dr. Briefs, about to finish college and currently working as Azuki An's double.

Bulma: Four years younger than Masato, currently stays at Capsule Corp at West City.

Yumichi: Professor at the King's National College, expert map maker.

Grandpa Yori: Masato's first benefactor, without him, he would have starved to death and died on his first weak in the world of Dragon Ball.

Street Thugs wearing medieval armor: Members of the Royal Gang, they are most active in the west parts of Central City and act as a branch of their main group which is based on East City, with them being one of the four strongest gangs of that place.

Dr. Briefs: Genius scientist and founder of Capsule Corp, he lives in West city and is behind some of humans greatest inventions like the portable capsules and artificial gravity technology.
