Chapter 15 - Taron 15

"Alright, I have to meet some guests outside. How's Miss Fla? Do you want to accompany our guest on this one?" my mother said, my eyes immediately widened, I begged mother not to leave me alone with him.

Mom… I'm begging. But mom doesn't seem to care. He smiled at my mom and glanced at me leaving us.

Tetra can definitely read my behavior. Tetra is still watching me. I really want to get out of here. Why do you want me to be friends with the young man who is now beside me? He did look different from everyone else in Taron.

"You play the piano well." Tetra started the conversation.

I turned around. "Thank You." I answered.

"I didn't expect a girl your age to be good at playing the piano. You must have studied hard."

Oh, you're wrong Tetra. I never learned how to play the piano. "Where do you study?" he asked again.

"Oh … My mother taught me." I answered quickly. He nodded several times then smiled. Again and again he smiled, it made me more cramped. Why does this young man love to smile so much?

We were silent for a moment, I played with my right foot. I shake, I don't know what to talk to him about. Besides, I don't really want to be with him either. I'm not fit to be friends with him

I heard a voice calling someone's name.

Leyza ... leyza ... my hand gripped the door latch and I carefully opened the door.

Crack!

The squeaky sound of a door that hadn't been opened in a long time. Slowly I walked.

Silence, white light and fog. I continued to walk, the more I entered the room the sound became clearer. I kept walking, the white mist covered my vision and I was stunned when I suddenly stood in a beautiful garden.

The grass is green like a rug, there is a blue lake that makes my eyelids widen. What place is this?

I'm getting curious. Laughter and jokes can now be heard clearly. Male and female voices. I still didn't move when I saw two figures running in the middle of the park. They looked engrossed as if they didn't care about my presence.

"Wait, don't leave me." The little girl ran after a boy her age. Maybe they were about five years old or maybe six.

The little girl was wearing a gray fur jacket and her head was wearing a knitted hat with loose hair complete with shoes and leggings covering her legs.

She ran after the boy in front of her. The man was wearing a brown wool sweater. They run after the fireflies. I've been staring at the two of them for a long time. I myself am confused why I can be in this place.

I walked in front of me imprinting my feet into the garden. Cold air permeated my body. I hugged my hands.

Hm ... looks like I'm in the wrong costume this time, as I smile to myself. The air is getting colder and foggy, the view is truly amazing. I continued to follow the two of them, they were still playing and occasionally I heard the girl's shrill laughter. But the boy just smiled. They were completely oblivious to my presence.

I'm starting to wonder what's on the other side. I started to think when I saw the small boat on the shore of the lake untethered.

Why don't I give it a try? My mind wandered, wishing I could use it and I didn't want to waste my time further looking at what this place was. Suddenly a flash of fire flashed from across the lake. It blinds my eyes. And that's when they both stopped their game. They stood dumbfounded watching the white light flash before us.

"I want to go there …" the girl pointed her hand toward the light.

"No, we can't go there."

"I want to take a closer look."

"I said we couldn't possibly get there," said the boy.

But the little girl ran to the boat perched on the lakeshore, followed by the boy.

"Please don't do that. We can't go there." The boy tried to stop her. The boy's face looked angry. But the little girl still insisted on wanting to see a show that was like fireworks at Christmas. The light flickered in various colors, bursting with explosive sounds. Captivating ...

"Don't! Don't do it!" The boy kept begging the little girl. But the little girl paid no attention to it.

"I want to go there, come on, don't freeze up quickly. I guess it won't be long, my mom and dad won't know. Hurry up!" She was already sitting on the boat. But his son did not move from where he stood, his face looked pale as he watched the little girl in front of him.

"Come on ..." whined the little girl pitifully.

"I do not want to," he said.

"Is that true! You don't want to come with me? Okay, I'll go alone."

"No, I said no. Later your father and mother, looking for you." The boy is getting worried.

I smiled at the two of them. I don't think they are brother and sister because their faces don't look like each other. The boy had a round face with chubby cheeks and slanted eyes and distinct hair. Not like the little girl with a gaunt, pale white face with shiny white hair.

Gradually the dazzling light of the fireworks stopped. No more light and sparks. The little girl bit her lip with a disappointed and sad face.

"Come on Ley, we're going home it's getting dark. I'm afraid of being scolded by your father and mother." The boy sulked her.

And he approached the boat very carefully in his outstretched right hand. He waited a long time, and finally the little girl reached out his hand.

Seeing the boy's face looking happy, he smiled. But not for the little girl, when she arrived on the mainland. She ran as if he was still angry with the boy. He chased the little girl, they ran out of nowhere.
