As Raven waited for his younger brother to set up his 'plan' the red haired boy continued to fight the giant bear.
Raven was jumping, running and sliding on the ground, occasionally even jumping from tree to tree, dodging all the upcoming attacks that the bear threw at him.
" When are you going to be done with your little charge up!?! "
Raven yelled as he landed on a tree, only to then jump forward, dodging one of the bear's punches, only to then land on its head, proceeding to hit the eye that was injured, making the bear whine in pain.
Soon after Raven would jump off of the bear's shoulders, crashing against the ground on his feet, only to then dash toward his brother was, taking deep breaths as if to regain his energy.
" How are we doing? How long do I have to wait? "
Raven questioned, only to then shut his mouth, seeing as from his brother's hands blue fire flew out.
He had charged up so much energy on his hands that it was taking a different form, the ground below him started to crack, and his hair began to levitate whilst his clothes began to move roughly, due to the pressure and force his energy was creating
" It's only been a minute, i need at least two more to be 100% sure this will work "
Dio whispered, which made Raven suck in his lips a little, seeming annoyed at the the fact that he had to wait
" I can only give you one minute and probably 30 seconds on top of that, the rest is up to you "
Raven said as he would then take a step forward, his Gi starting to shake roughly now that the wind had started to pick up.
All of a sudden energy bursted out of Raven, forming a blue aura around his body
" I'm using all the energy I have to hold it back "
Raven said to himself, before inhaling into his nostrils a great amount of air; as he did so, the bear got in all fours and dashed toward the children, raising its arm to then hurl it toward them in an attempt to kill them both, but by then Raven had exhaled, opened his eyes, and jumped toward the bear's face, punching it right in its cheek, lifting it up into the air and making it land on its back.
As soon as the bear landed on its back, the aura that surrounded Raven suddenly vanished and the boy fell on his left knee, huffing, struggling to breath
" Woah!! That was crazy! How many times can you do that? "
Dio questioned as he continued to charge up his sanctuary energy, his face starting to seem blue from all the light that his hands were now producing
" Maybe, two, or three more times "
Raven replied, as he saw the bear struggle to get up
" There, i got you 15 seconds, I'll see how I'll get you the other minute and 15 seconds "
Raven added, as his hair began to levitate, and yet again his energy bursted into a blue aura around him.
By then, the bear had gotten up, now full of anger, it's fire like fur getting bigger as a sign of his ever increasing anger.
" Taekwondo style.. "
Raven whispered as he would then jump into the air, above the trees, to then turn his face toward the ground whilst raising his right leg into the air; his aura disappearing as his energy was now all focused on his limb.
As that happened, the bear turned over to Dio, staring at him with just as much anger as when it looked at a Raven.
With revenge on its mind, the bear jumped up, to Dio's concern, who saw how the bear started to get closer to him
" Raven?.. "
Dio whispered, as if searching for help, still in the same position as he was when he started charging his energy
" Raven!!!! "
" Bringer of punishment!! "
Raven yelled, as a sonic boom was heard in the sky, and with it came Raven, falling from the sky at high speeds, only to then twist his body a little, the air making him spinning around, making him lose his balance but yet helping him all the same, since he was now in a perfect position to kick the bear.
And just when Raven was inches away from the bear, he swung his leg, kicking the creature right on its head, slamming it against the ground, only for Raven to come falling down as well, landing on the floor with aching muscles
" Do it now Dio!! He's down!! "
Raven yelled, as he looked over at his brother with concern, after all, the bear was now starting to stand up
" Yes!! I think I got it, this should be enough! "
Dio said, which put a small smile on Raven's face; and with that Dio then passed all the energy from his hands over to the sword, causing the ground below him to crack even more, now his heavy sword seemed like a sword made purely of plasma; just from how much energy the boy had poured into it.
" Okay here we go! "
Dio then took a step forward; but he hasn't accounted for the lack of strength he'd had for transmitting so much energy over to his sword, which caused him to lose his balance and start to fall.
Raven watched from a feet away as all that took place, and with only seconds left to help, the boy began to use his arms to push himself up
" Come on "
He said to himself
" Get up!!!!!!! "
He yelled, before he bursted out of there in a blur of speed, appearing behind Dio with his body now covered in his blue aura yet again.
With little to no care, Raven would then pull Dio by his Gi, not letting him fall to the ground and most importantly not letting the sword full of energy crash against the floor, otherwise all the energy would go to waste.
And as soon as he pulled him back, Raven pushed Dio forward, which allowed the boy to regain his composure; all that was done in 5 seconds.
" Hurry and do it Dio, it's time to eat!!! "
Raven yelled, as Dio would then close his eyes, holding his sword with both of his hands, and as he did the bear rushed at him.
" Original Sword style: Dio's divider!! "
Dio yelled, as he would then swing his blade horizontally, and as soon as it made contact with the bear, a huge energy was released, which would then burst, causing the trees around to get pushed back violently, and a crater to form below them.
After a second, the sudden burst calmed, but soon after came a slash of energy, which split the bear in two, and every tree that was in a 100 feet radius, being sliced perfectly.
" They actually killed it. I was expecting to jump in when they couldn't continue anymore, but I guess i should've been opened to the option of my expectations being blown "
Shu said to himself as he would then stand up from his chair, shoving his hands inside of his pockets, seeing as his exhausted kids celebrated their first hunt on the ground with injuries on their body.
