Aftermath of the boar chase + unicorn | posted by ekim96

Morning, guys. I just woke up. I think I slept longer than usual because I was so exhausted from the chase. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

A summary of last night:

The unicorn didn't take any of the boar meat and it didn't seem to be upset when I went to take some. I think it laughed at me a bit when I tried to use a rock to cut the meat but what else am I supposed to do?

It gored the boar from the side, right into the heart. Scary. It looks almost like a bullet wound with how accurate it is lol

The unicorn just sat there next to the boar while I cut the meat. It kept watching me while I built a fire and cooked the meat to eat as well. I ran off really far from the river so I should make my way back as soon as possible so I can get water and keep following it like the original plan.

OK, so it didn't look like the unicorn was going to murder me or horn me or kill me. I thanked it for saving me and it just snorted. I think it didn't mean any harm and I felt bad about the blood still left on its horn so I helped the unicorn wipe it clean.

Hope it's not stupid disrespectful or something to touch the horn lmao. But I think the unicorn was fine with it b/c it nuzzled my hand a bit and I swear to God it was purring. I had a cat before and it was exactly the same.

Unicorn physiology is very different from what I imagined it would be.

I feel pain and exhaustion. All of my senses are working and heightened because I've been in fight-or-flight for days now. It...doesn't feel like I'm hallucinating. I think I need to accept this unicorn as part of reality now until something tells me otherwise.

I'm aware that I'm starting to either sound like some kind of lunatic or some kind of roleplayer, so tomorrow I'll host an hour-long AMA on Ribbit and send as many photo requests about where I am as possible. I only just noticed but it seems that my time zone here is similar to that of users in the U.K. as well instead of Korea. At least that's what other users have confirmed based on my posting time.

For today I'm going to make my way back to the river if I can. I still need water and it's the only reliable source of water I've found. I think I can retrace the mess the boar made while it was chasing after me.

See y'all tomorrow morning.
