Kotori laughed hysterically.
"What a terrible joke. You shouldn't make things up like that or people will misunderstand."
He was confused by her response.
" Kotori, I want you to know the truth before we depart. It's the least that I can do and I owe it to you because I know that there's nothing in this world that can replace your family but all I can do is ease your suffering a little bit.
" You aren't making any sense."
He grabbed her wrist and dragged her into his office aggressively
" Take a look! This is what I kept hidden from you."
" Why are you showing me this?"
Right on his desk were the documents of the evidence, dating back to her brother's accident with the details of the vehicle year, company, tires and damages, the hospital expenses to every person in her immediate family. Her eyes widened when she saw a folder with her picture and information.
There were so many thoughts racing through her head. She could not control her emotions as her hands tremble when she picked up the document. Kotori was heart broken for the third time, the person that she love and thought so highly of was the purest form of evil.
Slowly memories throughout their time together shattered like a broken vase.
"Please tell me this isn't true, Mr. Nakamaru !" She asked desperately, lifting her head up at him with tears forming in her eyes. She did not want to believe what she just saw and found it puzzling to the point of denial. She gently shakes her head and look a few steps backwards until her back was against the way.
" Forgive me, I don't think I could live another day with a burden like this on my chest." He says then kneels down in front of her, lowering his head.
" W-why…..why me?" She whimpered and her voice cracked painfully.
" I considered you as a project of donating to the less fortunate. Perhaps, you could say that it was like another charity event for me."
" Why did it have to be me? You might not have thought I was important, but you were my everything. Even now, I feel so pathetic because I can't stop myself from loving someone like you and I hate it!"
He reached his hand towards her, but she smacked it away.
" DON'T TOUCH ME!"
" Kotori, I will deposit the divorce settlement immediately."
" I DON'T WANT YOUR FUCKING MONEY! YOU HAD A TON OF CHANCES TO TELL ME THE TRUTH AND YET YOU CONTINUE TO SMILE AT ME EVERYDAY. JUST STANDING IN THE SAME ROOM AS YOU MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. I REALLY REGRET IT. I WISH THAT I NEVER MET YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE!"
The door slammed.
He watched her run out the villa from the window in his office.
Knock' Knock
" Come in."
"Young master, Madam fled from the residence and left everything in her room."
Kyosuke chest suddenly ached.

" Do not worry, she will be back! They always come back."
A few weeks later....
" What is going on with you lately Kyosuke? You seem distant and cold. "
" I'm just busy with work."
" How about I help release some of that stress for you?" Amelia says seductively and quickly unblocked his pants.
" Stop Amelia, as much as I would love your advances I have a very important meeting today and I cannot afford to be late to."
" Okay, I guess I will be waiting for you to come home them." She pouted
He gave her a kiss on the forehead then headed out of the door with his suitcase.
The assistant held open the door to the vehicle.
"Have you heard anything of her?"
"She denounces her title and cancelled her performances. I checked her bank statements and the money you deposited haven't been touched.There has not been any news about her whereabouts-"
"What about her mother, Haru Ai?"
" I am not sure. I think she been clubbing or meeting with strange men."
"Find her! Then bring her here."
"Yes, sir."
