Chereads / SEDUCING TRENT VANDERWOOD / Chapter 53 - TRENT'S ANGER

Chapter 53 - TRENT'S ANGER

AN HOUR BEFORE THE FENCING MATCH.

Ariadna lay down on a cradle chair, looking at the trees outside Trent's house. The leaves of the trees have begun to fall off and the air is now stiff and dry.

It was natural since they are now in the second week of October.

She stood up from the cradle chair. And decided to stroll around the phone while playing with the robe attached to the new phone Trent ordered for her.

She heard the chirping of birds which was her notification tune. She looked at her screen and smiled. It was a message from her brother.

She clicked on it to read it.

"Hello dear Ariadna, How are you doing and how is your child doing? I also hope you are settling in fine and how is Gladys, are you getting along with her?

Well the reason I sent this text to you, is to warn you from going near the cave in the back of my house."

Ariadna raised her head, she was already at the back of his house and she could see the cave.

She went back to reading the message.

"I have a pet wolf named Silver. He lives in that cave, and he is not bonded, which means he has the freedom to roam about the house. One more thing, I have not fed him for days which is the reason why I sent this message."

She heard a growling sound and she took her eyes off her phone to look at the wolf with black fur and beautiful crystal-like blue eyes. Then she got another notification.

"PS, If you hurt my wolf, I will kill you!"

Ariadna began to laugh, and the wolf ran towards her and leaped. Her eyes turned red and the wolf fell to the ground whimpering.

Her red eyes revert to her normally blue eyes. She went toward the gate and opened it for him once she reached the gate.

"You can go and look for food to eat." she smiled at the wolf who ran out and jumped into the bush surrounding them. Then her frown froze.

"What have I done, what if he kills someone, even worse? What if he dies." Ariadna sat on the ground.

"Trent is going to kill me." And she remembered the last time she saw Trent get angry and she shivered. She just hopes and prays that nobody would be stupid enough to make him angry.

PRESENT TIME.

The entire stadium went quiet, and Fiona dropped her blade to the ground. Trent stood up from his seat he disapparated and apparated next to Ella.

"What was Fiona thinking?" Courtois glared at her, he never truly liked the girl while Acher remained silent.

"Ella, are you ok?" Trent lifted her and laid her head on his shoulders whilst her body was supported by his lap.

The murmuring began and it became really loud.

"I am so sorry, I didn't mean….." Fiona stopped talking when she saw the hateful look he gave her. Her legs gave up and she fell to the ground crying.

"I am truly sorry, I didn't mean for this to happen, I swear, I forgot that I wasn't fencing with a vampire." she sobbed but Trent ignored her, his entire attention was focused on the unconscious Ella.

"Poor Fiona, look what happened to her because of the human, she's so nice, look at how she's begging but Trent won't even take pity on her."

Fiona's supporters kept muttering amongst themselves.

Joel who heard this was overjoyed. He quickly went to Fiona's side. And helped her up.

"Trent, how can you be so evil to your Future sister-in-law? She even went on her knees but you refuse to forgive her. How could you be this evil?" he made an innocent face.

The crowd began to mutter.

"What is he angry about? He can always replace the human girl with another."

Trent's pressurizing aura began to leak out. The King stood up, his heart began to beat fast from fear of what would happen.

He looked in Acher's direction when their eyes met. He made a hand signal for him to go and calm Trent.

Acher nodded.

"I won't stand up until Trent forgives me." She announced as she kept crying

The muttering of the crowd increases, and so does the glare they sent at Trent for being unreasonable.

She wished that she hit Ella hard enough for her to break her neck and die. How could he love another woman who isn't her? She thought to herself before crying harder to get people's sympathy and support.

"And how am I the one to forgive you?" The entire place went quiet, Their eyes widened when they felt the pressurizing aura. The entire stadium became cold. The people began to shiver.

He slowly raised his head to look at Joel and Fiona. His eyes were not just blood red, there was a hint of gold color, anger, blood lust and so many things they couldn't explain.

Fiona's tears ceased. She couldn't move because the pressure was too much. She wanted to run but she couldn't. She began to shiver in fear. She wanted to cry and ask for help but she couldn't.

Unbeknownst to her, she wasn't the only one feeling the pressure. Joel's pupils dilated and danced in fear he also wanted to run, but he felt like something was trying to press him down. He fell to the ground, He felt like he was going to be crushed to death.

Acher super speed to where Trent was, with Courtois tailing behind him.

He bends down close to Trent.

"Trent calm down, let's get Ella out of here." He whispered into Trent's ear and gave him a soft squeeze on the shoulder.

He felt Ella move, her eyes twitching.

"Looks like she is regaining consciousness," said Courtois.

Ella slowly opened her eyes and she could only see three blurry figures surrounding her. It took her a few seconds for her sight to adjust to her environment.

And she could now see their faces. One was Trent, the other was Acher and a very handsome unknown man.

"How are you feeling?" The unknown man spoke in a sexy French accent.

"I think my ribs are broken." Trent knew she was in pain from the way she spoke.

And the anger in him began to rise again.

"Let me help." Acher and Courtois moved away for Lydia, she went on her knees and placed her hands on Ella's ribcage.

"That's where the tip of the sword hit." Acher watched Lydia do her thing.

"I would have appeared earlier but I was scared that Trent would go into rampage mode and break my arms and legs," Lydia said with her sight never leaving Ella.

"I heard you broke her arm last night Trent." Acher gave him an angry look.

"If you guys pull that kind of shit on me again, The next I will break is her neck." He threatened.

Acher just sighed and gave up, arguing with Trent is pointless.

"Was Fiona trying to kill me?" Ella had to ask.

Trent gritted his teeth and clenched his fist.

"Let's say, you're 1 meter away from the piste," Acher informed her.

"I guess that's the reason why I am not dead."

"We could say that." Acher chuckled.

"What's so funny?" Courtois asked.

"Look at Fiona, Joel, and some of the crowd."

Courtois looked around. Fiona and Joel's eyes went so wide that Courtois felt like their eyeballs would fall out.

"I am done." Lydia stood up from the ground while Ella sat up.

She noticed that Trent hasn't said a thing,

"Trent." She called out his name, and he raised his head, he looked sad and she didn't like it one bit.

"Trent, I am fine."  She placed her hands on his cheeks. Then he also puts his hands on hers.

Acher signaled the rest and they stood up to give them the not-so-privacy, privacy they need.

"It was all my fault, I shouldn't have agreed to the match." His eyes were filled with guilt.

"I am glad you agreed. I got to play fencing." She smiled at him and he smiled back.

They then heard the annoying sound the mic makes, sometimes Trent covered her ears for her.

"I am sorry about that, I hope your ears are okay?" Charles bowed his head.

"The King has agreed to a short break and that we can continue the matches after launch. Thank you."

He dropped the mic and left.

Fiona and Joel finally moved and the people began to disperse.

Charles appeared next to them.

"The King said that Ella can rest in her room But the king said that you have to join them for lunch and he won't accept a no."

Ella looked at the pale tall looking man that was talking, his eyes looking like that of a blind person.

"The majesty's words are law," Trent said with a smile but Charles squinted his eyes.

"I almost believed you." Said, Charles.

"But I will have to thank you for not implicating Aileen." Charles bowed his head.

"Is no biggy, Lydia has Acher backing her. She and Acher owe me a lot."

He smirked.

In one of the palace rooms. Lydia was fuming in anger.

"That bastard said that I was the one that gave her the necklace. I might have helped in making the necklace because you asked me to but Aileen gave her." Lydia sat down on a chair tapping her feet.

She looked at Acher who was a little pale.

"What is wrong?"  She ran over to him.

"I believe that my dear son has poisoned me again."
