" Where am I? " Jason asked himself. The next second he had seen him, he fell and died a quick painless death and had appeared here. He was in a dark cloudy environment and was just floating around aimlessly.
" Jason Jaliel " a voice sounded from the space where Jason floated. " You are dead ".
" Well, I need no other confirmation " Jason thought. " But, your soul is being disturbed and the process of moving on has been halted " the voice continued.
" My soul moving on has been halted? who is that causing this? " Jason asked. There was no answer for a while till " The necromancer, Je-Amus calls you back. Make a choice! " the voice continued. " Your soul's will has been shattered, you have no choice but to return " the voice sounded barely seconds after asking Jason to make a choice.
" What!! " Jason shouted. He opened his eyes and saw Davis looking at him. He jumped as far as he could away from him. " You're Albus... or should I say Je-Amus " Jason accused.
" Yes, I am " Davis replied briefly. He turned to Jason " I did not mean to kill you, but my god form is way too powerful and crushing than you can ever imagine. Your mortal body could not handle it and so you died. Trust me, if I wanted you dead, I would have just left you dead ". Jason slowly relaxed " You said Je-Amus died, and I saw him blasted by Judais how is he alive? "
" I am Je-Amus, so stop using the word he. I lied about my death. I could not risk anyone knowing about that even to having the slightest inkling, I could not risk it " Davis said.
" But if you truly are Je-Amus, why did you say that Judais meant everything to you " Jason asked warily.
" I tell the truth the way I see it. Judais really taught me some few things one of which was taking the initiative. He defeated me and I admit it, but I learned valuable lessons from his life " Davis said.
" And you praise Judais? "
" Like I said, I say the truth the way it is. Judais was stronger than me and more resourceful than me. I do not praise Judais, I only praise his strength " Davis replied Jason.
" You know, it was pretty obvious what the passcode was, how do you now say that your secret is safe? " Jason questioned. " You remember when I told you the legend of Judais? " Jason said as he walked around . " I told you I've said too much, the things I said to you , I have not told anyone else. They contain enough clues to link me to Je-Amus, so as answer to your question, my secret is safe " Davis added with a light chuckle.
Jason exhaled sharply " Does Narla know about this? "
" No one except you Jason, no one " Davis said with sadness in his eyes. " If Judais was so strong, how did you.... I don't know umm how did you survive when you fell down from that sword blast " Jason asked.
" The battle was extended further from what you watched " Davis said.
" How did you know I watched it? " Jason asked apprehensively.
" It is called a sieve. A survey is used to store thoughts and memories, and I stored a part of the battle in that sieve. The rest remains in my head " Davis said. Jason knew it was pointless trying to ask for the memory of the remaining fight. " Years has past, did you ever realize that what you were doing was wrong? " Jason asked.
" Yes, I did. I came to understand that what the thirteen including myself did, trying to subdue kingdoms and exterminate others was wrong. Just imagine five of Judais " Davis answered. Jason chuckled at this. Only one Judais could do as much trouble in the world, five could not be imagined.
" Are you a necromancer? "
" Yes, and a very skilled one at that. Would you like to learn the art? " Davis asked. " I think I'll pass " Jason answered." But there is something you can teach me that I am interested in ".
" What is it? " Davis asked.
Jason now sure that Davis won't kill him, grabbed a stool and sat down before speaking " That big black and red thing you and Judais did ". Davis's expression showed that he had expected the question. " Ki waves and Ki blasts huh? " he said.
" Yes, that's it "
" It's more complex than you can think, but if you're worried that it's something only gods can do, it isn't " Davis said. Jason was very disappointed at the answer. " But there is something you must do " Davis continued, walking towards him." When I brought you back from the dead, I expended a lot of my energy and surprisingly, your lifeless body absorbed them greedily, which is an innate nature of of a mortal ascended god "
" Don't talk about my body like that, and I'm not a mortal ascended god " Jason lashed at him. " Do you have something to ask me? " Davis said.
" I died because I looked at you, if that's the case then why did I not die when I came really close to you in the sieve? " Jason asked.
" It was a memory you were looking at and you weren't at all in that valley, you were watching it " Davis replied. Jason exhale gave Davis the cue to continue. " Your body now needs to balance that energy in you or my god form won't be the only thing that kills you "
" You mean, I will die again? " Jason asked with fear in his voice." That is if you don't balance that energy within you in a few days time " Davis answered." Can you help me? " Jason asked.
" Yes I can. Remember I once told you history never recorded what happened those fifteen years Judais was in the forbidden world. Well, I know now. History puts it that four brothers, the gods if elementals harnessed the power of fire, water, and earth. These are the most powerful elements ever, giving rise to elemental abilities and elemental mages. I went deeper into a forgotten history and found out of the four brothers in the ages that humans didn't exist. These four brothers harnessed the distinctive ans unique powers of rage, fear, love and will. These four brothers formed the forbidden world " Davis said.
" A world that flows with the four emotions " Jason completed.
" Yes. The four brothers were so powerful that only one of them could destroy the entire universe but they never left the forbidden world. When they died, they imprinted their powers into four tombs. Only two people have gone to the forbidden world since then " Davis said.
" Two? " Jason asked.
" Judais and his best friend at that time, Zelda. Zelda harnessed the power of fear. They stayed together in the forbidden world and grew together but separated later. What I do not know is how they found the forbidden world " Davis said.
" No one knows where the forbidden world is? " Jason asked. " No one knows but another thing I know is that Judais didn't even use up to fifty percent of his power. Davis said.
" Impossible, and he thrashed you a fallen god? " Jason asked shockingly." Yes, if he really tapped into his full power, the battle of Dakota wouldn't have even taken five minutes " Davis answered.
Jason pondered on what Davis had told him so far and asked " Then how was he able to use fear in the battle? "
" Rage is the ultimate power you need. He was able to tap into the power of fear, but he struggled to use will and couldn't use love " Davis said." If he really died, his power is somewhere, the autonomous control of the rage nature just like it was in the tomb is somewhere on earth "
" Wow!! "
" So, I am going to give you an energy culture technique. You must learn it and execute it. Then you will be able to balance the energy. You must be able to do so in a few days or you will die again. " Davis said. He handed Jason a parchment which was the energy culture technique.
" Okay sir, but how do I execute it? " Jason asked collecting the parchment. The parchment looked very old, two golden hand extended from each end of the scroll. It also emmited a strange glow across it's rims.
" Just follow the instructions " Davis replied. Jason then walked towards the door he now saw but immediately remembered something. " Maxmus saw my face "
Davis's face tensed " Rookie mistake Jason, rookie mistake " he said shaking his head. " I pushed him down to protect a girl of the Nican's from being stabbed in the head with a dagger " Jason said. " It was then my helmet came off ".
" I see. I heard of it from the SS and we planned on putting you on security detail " Davis said. Jason was stupefied at how fast information flew across scouts. " The SS told me that too " Jason replied. " But what about my family? "
" We sent a letter to the council informing them of the situation which they will see in the morning. It would then be up to them to order us to provide your family security " Davis said.
" So they'll be safe? " Jason asked
" They already are " Davis replied
" What do you mean? "
" Few minutes after you left, Maxmus was caught. He could not escape. So by morning, another letter will be sent to the council and your security service will be called off " Davis said. " That's great! " Jason said overjoyed " But is it true that scouts who had their faces seen during during duty died? " Jason asked.
" Hmmm.... yes that has happened, but Maxmus has been caught. It's okay " David replied.
" Sorry to ask another question, but would Maxmus have been able to attack my family alone? " Jason put forward.
" It would have not been possible considering the fact that Jack is around. But the black sea water would have. " Davis replied.
" Black sea water? "
" They comprise of elite and dangerous criminals, the SS are working to bring them to book. Maxmus was a member, but I'm not sure he had the chance to tell them about you " Davis said.
" Okay sir, that's all " Jason said before leaving.
" And Jason, meet me here every evening, turn the legend of Judais literature in the library upside down and position it back on the shelf " Davis said.

Two people were seated enjoying their night in a very beautiful eatery. " Do you like the food? " Kyle Brown asked the girl seated opposite him. He had treated her to a meal today, obviously she was on a date with him.
" It's my favourite. How did you know? " Kyle replied. He called the waiter and paid for the meal. He took Jill by the arm and escorted her outside. " Do you mind if I walk you home? " Kyle asked. He had brown blonde and green eyes. He was also taller than Jill and was fair in complexion.
" No " Jill replied. Jill was looking very beautiful. She wore a sleeveless gown, red in colour which coincidentally matched Kyle's coat.
" How's your dad? I heard of the evaluators " Kyle asked. " He's fine, a bit stressed out though. To top it up, Jason left the house " Jill answered.
" I'm really sorry for all that " Kyle said. " He stopped like something clicked in his mind " Before I came, Elsa did tell me that Jason was living in the Hopkins house ".
" Is that so? " Jill said excitedly.
" Yeah, I'm sure of it. You'll find him there " Kyle said. Before he could react, Jill gave him a big hug. Clearly, Jason meant a lot to her and she appreciated Kyle.
" Thanks Kyle " Jill said. They walked a while they arrived at the Jaliel's Manor. " I guess it's good bye for this night " Jill said. Kyle took her by the shoulder and turned her to face him " Yeah, it was nice spending time with you ". He looked at her for a while and planted his mouth on hers drawing her into a deep kiss.
