Chapter 2 - 14 years later

Kiplee's town (Lancer) was the most plentiful town. Kiplee ruled her town with an iron fist. She changed everyone's desires to what she wanted them to do. Every time a citizen came up to her, She would make them follow what she wanted them to do. Kiplee's town had three classes.

The class of Sia, The class of Hian, and the final class was Kendra.

Each class name was the name of her three most trusted advisors.

Natasha's town (Quinn) was a little better. Natasha ruled with compassion. She used her mind-reading power to give advice that would help people make the right decisions. This way of treating her citizens made her town a most prosperous town.

Mildred's town (Pizah) was ruled by my Uncle, Andre. She trusted her town to him for just the governing part and she used her powers to help her citizens build their houses like she did before and she also helped her town build their businesses too. My name is Kaze Witlee. Me and my two sisters (Lianna and Paige) each live in a different town. I live in Pizah, my sister Lianna lives in Lancer and my sister Paige lives in Quinn. King Gian has been dead for 6 years. When he died, the three petal rose's powers began weakening.

It first started with Mildred's power. Every time she would try to use her power of telekinesis it built the houses and businesses only halfway. Then it hit Natasha's power. With Natasha it made her mind readings only partial. Which made her once prosperous town erupt into chaos. Her townsfolk entrusted my sister, Paige, to use witchcraft to make up for her partial readings by talking to King Gian on the other side. She believed in the saying: "Once a king always a king."

When people visited her, she would tell them what Gian's advice was for their problem. Although as you can probably predict her readings were different for each person which made it very confusing to know what Gian truly wanted for the townsfolk of Quinn. Next, Kiplee's power weakened by causing her to become very ill. So her advisors Sia, Hian and Kendra ruled by making sure that each law passed agreed upon what all of them wanted. This way of ruling was okay because they let their people submit laws that would make the town give a leeway on the way they wanted to live their own individual lives. Eventually they submitted too many laws that they put out a limit that said that the townspeople could only submit a law once a week.

That Day was friday. So this day is now called lawmaking friday. Every Friday people would stand in a line and each person would submit their law for approval. Because of this rule the population in this town was raised by 500 people in total. So it had 1000 citizens.

People who were disabled or elderely wouldn't have to wait in the line and could go in first. Everyone else had to wait for hours on end. This made people mad. So mad that they decided to have half of the citizens start rioting. So Sia, Hian, and Kendra, made a rule that people would have to be a certain age to submit a law.

They decided that this age was 19. Which made the voting decrease by 80 people. Which means me being 14 as I was I couldn't submit a law anymore. People had to be hooked up to lie detector machines to make sure they could prove that they were of age to vote. Which made the process even more tedious. It also made the riots go down in numbers. But with less riots came less people wanting to come and submit laws.

With the process of Mildred's powers only building everything halfway, came the townspeople hiring a whole multitude of construction workers which also made it horrible on the workers because all they would hear all day was construction. Because of the high demand for construction in Mildred's town, jobs opened up all over for workers. My sister Paige and Kiplee's advisors allowed for them to work over there. So, a train was built to commute the workers from each town to her town to help with the construction of all the buildings and houses. A lot of the workers that weren't construction workers were food and drink workers. The most popular food place was Kaiser's, a Mexican food and drink restaurant. They were best known for their half price wednesdays. It's most popular food item was their 7-layer burrito that if you finished it in less than 30 minutes you would get your whole meal free. People also liked their 18oz coffees.

The other places as you can tell sold noise canceling headphones and other electronics. The most popular electronic place was Cadro's (which was where I worked). Their most popular headphones were their noise-canceling Gadroyas. They were considered the best headphones on the market and one thing that they could do that other headphones couldn't was ping your smartphone plus they charged over wifi.

If that sounds impossible, it wasn't. Or at least now it wasn't.
