I took Samantha straight to my room and sent for one of the pack doctors to come and tend to her wounds.
I couldn't understand why she refused to tell me who did this to her.
"Why won't you tell me?" I asked her. Not knowing made me frustrated.
I needed to see my father but I was afraid of leaving her alone. When the doctor came I was finally comfortable to go see my father.
"Don't worry, she's in good hands" Doctor Martins assured me. He knew she was my mate, that was the only reason he agreed to attend to her. He was very happy for me.
When I got to my father's office, I found him pacing. He was so deep in thoughts that he did not notice me come in.
"Father," I said, to call his attention. Once he heard my voice he snapped out of his deep thoughts.
"Alex," he said letting me know I had his attention.
"Have you figured out what to do yet?" I asked him.
