Luke stood beside his closet, staring into the mirror. His long white hair was neatly tied. Some of it cascaded down his bare shoulders, the rest tied in a ponytail. His golden eyes shone beautifully in his image.Luke wasn't so well worked but he had a finely sculpted body.He was what you would call feeble.
His image reminded him of his father. He saw his father in everything he was.Despite looking nothing like his father,Luke still saw him in his image.Hus father lived on,in his mind.
"Luke! Breakfast's ready!"he heard Hailey call from downstairs. "Coming!"Luke called back.
Pulling on his t-shirt,Luke went downstairs.
The table was served with several dishes. Scrambled eggs, fried bread, sausages, bacon, baked beans and several other Hailey specialties.Hailey made sure the table was filled with all sorts of mouth watering delicacies.
"Get seated, sonny!" Grandpa Gray said, sipping his cup of chocolate. He was reading The Daily Mail.Grabbing a chunk of bacon,Luke sat himself at the perfectly round table.
"Did I miss anything?" Blake lumbered into the dining room, and immediately grabbed an egg.He sat down and started to gobber up the egg."Careful Blake."Grandpa Gray said.
Clearly,Blake had failed to prove his manhood to Hailey.Seemingly,he had been forced to take a shower and change his clothes. He now looked like a fine young man, despite his Gargantuan appetite.
"You shouldn't trouble yourself with Blake!"Hailey scoffed. Her long blonde hair was tied in a ponytail behind her.She was forking bacon, sipping from her cup of coffee."He,too,is my grandson!"Grandpa Gray croaked."Well, atleast he should get married!"Hailey shot Blake a hard glaze.A hint of disappointment in her eyes.Well, she was right to feel disappointed in her brother.Ever since his wife, Esmeralda Colton Gray died, when they had just wedded,Blake was a disgrace. He needed a woman to shape him up."How is my marriage important to you?" Blake gobbled down a sausage."For the record,I'm your sister.I want a sister in law. No!I demand a sister in law!" Hailey said, with a truck load of dominance in her voice.
"Go easy on him,Hailey! He lost a wife and is probably not willing to lose another!"Grandpa Gray sipped his chocolate."Well,he should learn how to last with women!"Hailey scowled at Blake, who was forking several pieces of bacon.
Luke sat there, eating and listening to the family argue about Blake's marriage issue.
Soon,they were done with breakfast.
"How can you be so silent, young man?"Grandpa Gray turned to Luke."It is practically my nature to keep quiet during breakfast!"Luke said, stretching like a cat.
"I'm going to need a hand sorting the books on my shelf!" Grandpa Gray stood up,"if you aren't up to anything!"

"Find me one of those fantasies.British ones.British fantasies,it is!" Grandpa Gray said, leaning back into his wing chair, sipping his cup of chocolate.Grandpa Gray and chocolate were best friends.
"Author, please!"Luke asked, stacking back a few books in the shelf.Grandpa Gray loved fantasies,British fantasies. You would nearly believe him to be a fantasy himself. He would create imaginations and a whole lot more stuff just out of his readings.
"Thomas Finch!Check the first shelf, probably!"Grandpa Gray said, motioning at the top shelf with his cup.
Thomas Finch was Grandpa Gray's favorite author.Thomas was known to write fantasies, really fantastic fantasies. He wrote majorly about 'Elves',some sort of magical creatures and Blah!Blah!Blah! Reaching for the top shelf,Luke started to look for a Thomas-Finch-book.
"Thomas Finch!"Luke repeated several times, humming silently to himself. He reached a book and pulled it out,Thomas Finch's Book Of Elvenology. That one was basically about the elves, the kinds of elves and so much more stuff about the elven kin.
"You could keep that one!"Grandpa Gray said,"plus there is another 'Guide To Arda'.It will be a great help some time from now!"
"Sure thing,"Luke turned the book around and gazed at the synopsis,at the back page."Looks pretty interesting!"Luke said, placing the book on the table. Grandpa Gray sipped his cup of chocolate and croaked an "Oh,yes it is!".
Suddenly, there was a gentle knock on the door and Hailey walked in, holding her feather duster. She, definitely, was cleaning.
"Someone asked to see you, Grandpa!!"she said, looking around at their home library."Who is it?"Grandpa Gray asked, sitting up."He insists on not telling me his name!"Hailey said, flicking her feather duster."Prepare him something to drink..."Grandpa Gray was saying."He doesn't want anything,"Hailey
said,"so rude!"she mumbled.
"Well then!I will go have a word with him!"Grandpa Gray said, standing up.He tied together his robe strands.Well,he never took that robe off when he was indoors.
Luke shoved a few more books onto the shelf, from the annual home library book supply Grandpa Gray had signed up for.

"Ah,my friend Alberic!Oh my dear old friend! It is very nice to see you."
Grandpa Gray gasped at the sight of this fellow.Liege Alberic and Jameson Gray had been friends back in Arda, before Gray was cast out of Arda for.....
"I am not your friend.Well, atleast,do not count me among them" Alberic hissed, like a train chubbing into the train station. Alberic had long white hair and a long white beard that touched his belly button,or somewhere further than that.He had old and haggard looking black eyes.He looked too old to be true, despite not being wrinkly, like Gray was.He was clad in silver robes, making him look like an old wise fellow.
"Come on,Liege! That is no way to greet an old friend.Come on.Give me a hug!" Gray lumbered over to Alberic and grasped him into a hug, whilst Alberic stood, firmly rooted to the ground, his arms crossed behind his back.He seemed to be a tough old man.
"Drop the act,Gray.I am here to talk business,Elven business!!"Alberic hissed.
"Sure thing,Alberic. But are you sure you are going to stand like a well dressed mannequin!" Gray asked, sitting down.
