"Like I said earlier. You wouldn't be able to defeat me with just that." He appeared from behind the smoke.
"Who said that was my all? I'm yet to tap into my true power." I said with a grin behind my skull mask.
"Ho! Don't disappoint me then." He disappeared.
A thunderous sound emerged from in front of me and we were all blown back. I was able to land safely a few meters back, but before I got myself together he attacked again. He did not even make any contact with me, every time he got close enough a repulsion force would just me in the easiest direction to move me.
All of my bullets went to waste and all I could do was ensure that he did not get too close. We never left the battlefield and the space we were utilizing kept on getting smaller. Each time he ran back for a hit I would {Accelerate} my entire body and bullets in an attempt to rip apart his repulsion force.
After noticing my plans he stopped retreating further so that he would not give me a chance to accelerate myself. This was bothersome, if I was not afraid of being exposed I would just rip this moon apart and let this guy get killed by space. That's how we Astari handle conflicts, we made our intentions clear and struck loud. If you fall it is due to your weakness.
The intervals between our collisions reduced to a point where he did not even retreat but instead hit me point black with the repulsion force. It was concentrated this time around. I was thrown back and I was again able to survive nearly without a scratch.
Not being able to get to him felt like trying to fight a fly. You know that once you catch it, it's a wrap but it's very good at evading. I think that just reminded me of someone.
"It appears to me that you are more durable than I had expected. This will take some time."
"You speak as if you're winning this, fur face."
"That attitude there is why I will be taking your head."
"I don't give head to men."
"What?"
"BOO!"
I yelled I appeared in front of him with the double barrel. I shot reloaded and shot again. The results were almost the same as earlier, the difference was that I was shooting from the top and pinning him against the ground.
Just as I had expected the force also worked on him, the bullets made it heavy on him and he puked some blood.
"You fucker."
I shot him again, cocked back and shot another round. The pressure stacked so hard on him I saw his eyes popping. I would love to reap his soul but his was on the clear for the next few days.
He screamed and coughed as I unloaded the gun on him. The {Supreme eyes} could also show me the health of my target so I was only planning to drop it to about 30% to 20%.
"Guys, are you okay? Does anybody need healing?" Neo said, I looked up and saw her enter the field with Choka. And as I was distracted the ground under me blew up. The subsequent explosion hit me point blank and threw me through the ship.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to distract you. I should go heal him. Somebody take me to the ship. Please I need to help," Neo started stumbling and almost crying through her words. But everybody just looked at her once and then back at the official.
He had rocks orbiting around him and his fancy coat was only dirtied by his blood. He instantly started launching them at the rest of the crew. They did their best ducking, dodging, and blocking them. For a while the fight looked like a stalemate, of cause I was watching, I realized that having a lot of power will not do much in this scenario. It's quality over quantity, who would've guessed that I would learn something from mortals?
Arnold finally stepped back in for a counter-attack, he did not duck or dodge, the projectiles just went through him.
"All I have to do is recognise a barrier in front of you and I will be able to move through it." He said as he raised his sword and brought it down on the official. He cut off part of the official's coat. The official quickly repelled himself, Arnold was however able to keep up. The speeds they were travelling at were now similar to mine in the earlier fight. The only difference is that Arnold was able to cause any damage to the official.
He tried to fire his concentrated force at Anorld but he went through it every time. Arnold was relentless with assault, his sword strikes were fast and precise. I was right about him, he was not like the others he had a decent background.
The official finally took out his sword and stuck Arnold's. But it was only momentary as his sword phased through Arnold's and was now near enough. He straightened his sword with the official's abdomen and thrust forward. He missed.
The official pressed his feet against the ground and was propelled upwards at sound speed. Slower than earlier. Arnold sank into the ground and was launched out much faster than the official. He missed again. It turns out that the official was somehow able to use his powers to fly or at least emulate the power.
Arnold dived into the ground and shot himself out in the direction of the official. He was much faster this time but there was only so much he could do. The official knew that as soon as he saw Anorld's head emerge from the ground he was picking a different path.
This went on for about two minutes and the official started to taunt Arnold.
"Don't you see that all of this is futile? You're going to get tired and I will still have some energy to spare, you will be dead. No. You are already dead." He said this as he began to gather the force in his hands while in midair.
Arnold shot out from the ground and the official threw the ball that he had gathered. It hit Arnold and caused a huge impact on the ground below. Everyone began to attack the official in unison while Neo ran towards Arnold. The official landed next to Arnold and dashed toward Neo. He released his force against her stomach and she flew back rapidly.
Sekai jumped to catch her, but the push was so great it sent them flying across the town. Mona brought her explosion purse and started bombarding the official, he dodged every single one of them and knocked her out.
"Why are you hesitating? Kill them," Tsame said as they caught Mona.
"You must be the little princess that ran away with Grim all those years ago. What did they call him back then? Ahh, 800. He was being raised by..." the official suddenly choked and after some struggle coughed out blood.
"What the hell was that?"
"We haven't been properly introduced yet. My name is Sizana Tsame, who might you be."
"How the hell did you stab me? I'm supposed to be unreachable," he fell to his knees continued to nurse the wound where Tsame's blade had appeared.
"Unreachable? Bold claim considering that Iron brain over there almost killed you. That and as long as I have a visual, I can pull out my blades wherever I want. Shields can't stop me."
The official started to laugh, "that's all I needed to hear." A violent wind began to rise around him, some dust flew into Sizana's eyes and she quickly tried to remove it. The official stood up and threw a fist full of repulsion force.
A huge broad sword appeared in front of Sizana and blocked the fist completely. It then flew up and smacked the official. It was stopped by the force and the official got his hands on it. He started filling it with force until it exploded, the shards flew all over the place and disappeared before landing on anything.
"My name is First Sergeant Cole Pushback. I apologize for the late introduction lady Sizana."
"I don't need your sorry, I want your head."
"You will have to earn it."
"It's not worth earning. So be a good boy and hand it over."
Sergeant Cole gathered force in his fist and attacked, Sizana's body moved out of the way.
"Hooo! Dodging instead of blocking, courting death now are we?"
"Why don't you shut up and find out?"
He sent a barrage of attacks and none of them hit Sizana. She called continuously called for blades, some made a scratch while others did not. His body was ridiculously resiliant.
Realizing that this fight might end up dragging for far longer than he had calculated. Cole spread his force out and created an area with an extremely heavy push down.
