The days passed by, and the school year came to an end.
At the last day of school I meet up with Yeong-Ja on the way.
"Finally the school year is over."
She smiled.
"You seem happier these days, did you meet someone?"
Her checks turned red and she looked away.
I laught.
"Stop laughing, that isn't funny! You know that I started to meet Sun-Young and it's really serious between her and me!"
"I never said it wasn't serious between you two."
My eyes got teary from all the laughing and Yeong-Ja also started laughing.
As we got to our school, many students were rushing in it, all excited about going to have, finally, summer vacation.
We were also excited and as soon as we made a step in the school, Sun-Young came and started talking to Yeong-Ja.
"Hey, ehm... what are you guys going to do in summer vacation?"
She was still a little shy around us.
Yeong-Ja smiled at her so lovely, that Sun-Young started to blush.
"Well, I'm going to visit my uncle in Japanfor a week, and I'll probably sleep a lot. I also would like to meet with you very often Sun-Young."
Sun-Young blushed even more as Yeong-Ja said that.
How cute they looked together.
"What's with you Jinwo?"
I slightly turned my head away.
I didn't tell them that I'm going to study abroad for some years.
I'll graduat in an other school and I'll go to an other college.
Who knows, maybe I'm never gonna see them again.
"I still don't really know what to do yet."
They looked at each other.
"Really, then just hang out with us sometimes!"
'Should I tell them that I'll probably be to busy to hang out with them?'
"When I have time, sure."
I gave them a friendly smile, but that smile faded as I saw Minjun standing further away from us.
I ignored him and tried not to run into him since I saw jim with this girl, but he keept staring at me and that gave me goosebumps sometimes.
This girl he was with this day, was one year older than we were and was also in our school, whatever.
The bell rung and we all went into the big hall where we were going to have our end ceremonie.
The director was standing on a stage and held his speech.
After him there were a few teachers and the student council president who also made a speech.
Then, we were all alowed to go.
My mom was waiting at the entrance of the school and hugged me as soon as I was with her.
"How was it?"
She asked with a big smile on her face.
"It was fine, but can we please just go home now? People are starting to stare at us."
My mom nodded and we went home.
Finally summer vacation started.
At the beginning I often meet up with Yeong-Ja and Sun-Young.
We had very much fun hanging around, going to watch movies, or do anything other.
But it was time for me to pack my things.
So I meet up with them again to tell them that I'll be going abroad.
We meet up in the internet café Sun-Young worked and they both glared at me.
"Sooo, you said it was something serious you needed to talk about, what is it."
Yeong-Ja sounded insecure as she asked me what was wrong, and they both looked very worried.
"So ehm, I'll make it fast. I'm going to study abroad."
I looked at them, there faces turned blank.
"W...when?"
Sun-Youngs voice trembled.
"Next monday."
Yeong-Ja made big eyes, and they got really teary.
"In three days already? How long will you go?"
She and Sun-Young almost started crying.
"I'll be there for a few years, and I'm not sure when I'll be back yet."
Now we all three really started crying.
After our eyes were red and swollen we needed to say goodbye and went home.
The three days passed really quick and I already stood at the frontdoor of our house.
My mom stood infront of me and cryed.
"Promise me you'll watch out for youself and stay healthy!"
I nodded while tears were rolling down my face.
We higged each other very thight.
"We'll chat often and I'll also visit you very often."
That was the only thing I could say.
My both friend were already waiting for me to also say goodbye to them.
"We well call each other often, promise!"
Yeong-Ja cryed even more than Sun-Young.
I hugged them both.
With the taxi I drove to the airport and after two hours I got in the airplane.
One last time I looked back at my old home.
'I'll be back in a few years, I promise.'
