'Now let's plan for the administration department. Eh, should I also plan one for Black Bamboo Café?'

The more Ken research the more he feels that Creampuff Game Studio still doesn't need to hire new people. As of now, all the administration is done by him and Ella.

All the financial aspect is still tied to Ken as Creampuff Game Studio is a sole proprietor business, owned by Ken Spencer. So any expense used by Creampuff Game Studio is paid by Ken. With this in mind, Ken concluded that he doesn't need an accountant or financial officer yet.

Then, he thinks about the operation officer, but all day-to-day operation on the project is supervised by Ella. And Ella herself said that it is still okay. So an operation officer is also not needed.

Ken also doesn't need a legal officer. As there are not many law-related things in Creampuff Game Studio now, it is not efficient to hire a legal officer. Besides, there are many services out there that offer to help anything regarding law, taxation, and other things related. Those service mentioned is also cheaper than having a legal officer in-house.

The last one is the human resource... Ken also doesn't think this is needed yet. And just like the legal officer, there are services out there that can do HR for some business.

So Ken's choice right now is to wait until it is needed or make it even when it is not needed yet.

Ken thinks that if really wanted to make the administration department now, it is better to hire a fresh graduate and train them.
