"Have you ever rented an office or shop before?" Ken asked Huang Yinwei as they alighted from the taxi.
"I have rented an apartment before, but not a commercial or office building," said Huang Yinwei.
"Good, then you are in charge of this. The process is not that much different from renting an apartment. So don't worry too much… I will choose the place, and you do the administration, okay?" Ken give this task to Huang Yinwei.
When they entered the 3N Real Estate Agency, they are greeted by the receptionist that sits at the reception counter. She is the same receptionist that served Chen Qiu before when he was looking for shops.

After visiting three places that are recommended by 3N Real Estate Agency. Ken has chosen the location of the office. He chooses to rent a two-floored building in the Zhoumen University area. The place is located around 20 minutes' walk distance from Black Bamboo Cafe's main store.
He actually wanted to rent some small building or just a studio room like Creampuff Game Studio but there is none of that around the University. Ken can only get a somewhat big building. But as the rent is cheaper here compared to the city center, Ken can justify renting a big place for the office here.

The next day, 9 AM, Black Bamboo Café Main Store
As it is still morning, there are not many customers in the shop. Most tables are empty without anyone sitting. Just like yesterday, Huang Yinwei is already sitting on one of the tables on the first floor when Ken arrived in the café.
"You know, we agreed to meet at ten right? I don't pay for overtime so you can arrive later. There is still an hour before our meeting time." Ken said this when he walk toward Huang Yinwei.
"It is okay, I am just having a morning coffee."
"Well, as you are already here, let's talk for a bit about the plan for the next few days." Ken then continued, "But wait a minute, I will make some coffee for myself."
After making himself a cup of coffee using the machine installed in the store, Ken sat down in front of Huang Yinwei. He then started to explain his plan, "So, my plan today is to introduce you to our bread supplier and our coffee supplier. Then tomorrow, we will look for the office supply. We need desks, PC, and other things for the new office."

La Reine Bakery
"Hello, is Old Liu here?? I am Chen Qiu, I need to talk with him today." Ken asked the front staff part-timer.
"Ah, Boss Chen. Wait a minute." A loud sound is heard from the room behind.
"Sorry to make you wait…" A fat middle-aged man goes out of the room, he is Old Liu the owner of this bakery. He then noticed that there is a woman beside Chen Qiu. "Is this the new hire that you talk about yesterday?"
"Yes yes, she is Huang Yinwei. Right now she is still a management trainee for Black Bamboo Cafe."
"Nice to meet you, I am Huang Yinwei." she takes the initiative to introduce herself.
"Nice to meet you too, my name is… Well, it is not important, you can just call me Old Liu. I am the owner of this bakery. This bakery is a little small but I am pretty confident that no other bakery in this town can beat me in the taste department." Old Liu replied, and then he continued, "Let's talk inside, there might be a customer coming here."
Old Liu then leads both Ken and Huang Yinwei inside. "Come sit here."
"Old Liu, about what you said yesterday… Is that true?" Ken tried to start the conversation.
"Yeah, we have a little problem here. I said it on the phone yesterday, but we are currently using 90% of our production capacity." Old Liu then explained, "Since last month you suddenly ordered more than usual. And this month, not only your order increased again, there is a rise in the total customer number…"
"Is not that great? You get more profit." Ken said this to Old Liu
"Yeah, that is right… But if this situation keeps continuing, I will reach the maximum production and you will not get enough bread you know?"
"Why not just expand the bakery? With all the profit you gained these last two months, it should be enough right?"
Old Liu answered, "I don't have enough time now that we are so busy…"
Ken then looked at Huang Yinwei, "Now you heard about this problem, what do you think is the best action for Black Bamboo Café?"
A surprised emotion is plastered on Huang Yinwei's face. She is a little taken aback by the sudden question.
