As of now, he still hasn't chosen one, but there is one place that he really liked. The place is located at the edge business area, but it is closer to the commercial district than to the center of the business area.
The location of the building is good because it is near a subway station, and has high human traffic. Other than the subway station, there is a shopping mall located around. If someone opens a café here, as long as there is no problem with the menu, the chance to become profitable is super high. One downside is that the high rental fee of this particular place, which costs around 350,000 F$ per year to rent.
