Innate Talent: Only a small percentage of the population (approximately 1 in 100 individuals) possess the natural ability to manipulate mana in this way. This capability is often evident from a young age and cannot be acquired through training alone.
Versatility: Mages can learn and master various schools of magic, ranging from elemental manipulation to arcane rituals, alchemy, and enchantment.
Mana as Lifeforce: Mana serves as both the source of a mage's power and their lifeforce. Depleting it entirely results in death, while overexertion can cause severe exhaustion, unconsciousness, or long-term fatigue.

Lifeforce Limitation: Like mana, Aoura is drawn from the user's lifeforce. Reckless use that depletes Aoura reserves can result in death, while moderate overuse can cause severe fatigue, prolonged unconsciousness, or physical strain.
Restrictions:
Non-Magical Path: Aoura users are unable to perform traditional magic. Their abilities are limited to physical enhancement and internalized power, focusing on martial prowess rather than spellcraft.

At this point, the distinctions between physical enhancement and spellcasting blur as both paths allow for reality-altering effects. However, the difficulty and focus differ:
Mages continue to rely on their vast reserves of mana to cast complex spells and alter the environment. They can warp reality with ease but must manage their mana carefully to avoid catastrophic depletion.
Aoura Users, by contrast, achieve similar effects through physical means and sheer willpower. Their reality-bending feats require more effort and precise control, as they rely on bodily energy and mental focus rather than external manipulation of mana.
Both paths are fraught with risks—excessive use of mana or Aoura can lead to irreversible consequences. The very energy that fuels their powers is also the essence of their life.
Risks, Costs, and Strategic Considerations

1. Overuse and Exhaustion: Draining mana or Aoura reserves completely results in death, as it signifies the depletion of one's lifeforce. Even moderate overuse leads to significant penalties, including extreme fatigue, loss of consciousness, and prolonged recovery periods.
2.Strategic Use of Power: Both mages and Aoura users must carefully manage their energy. A well-timed spell or a precisely executed physical technique can turn the tide of battle, but overreliance or recklessness can spell doom.
