I put my left hand on his cheek, his face turned bright red just like a tomato, i think that he already forgot that i was the monster that killed many of his kind.

Allows the user to fly for the maximum of two second between each use, the wings need to be charged back in order to be used once again.
That's a pretty good and useful skill.
You may ask, "how did you get skill and strengthened your skill, when the voice clearly said you can not strengthen you self?"
The answer is i am not strengthening my skill through killing, but i'm getting more efficient and the L.v is just a proof of that.
And the new skill is just a gift from the king .
I tried to summon the wing, i felt two big bumps coming out from my back, dang every new skill hurts like shit to use for the first time.
And then two devil like black wings came out of my back, i moved them up and down in order to test if i could fly, and of course such small wings can't do that, i jumped and flapped my wings, the most i could do was keep myself floating in the air for two second.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!! he screamed out loud, it was unpleasant for others if they were to see how he screamed , and tried to take out my hand out of his abdomen, but to me, it was like a beautiful and pleasant song to my ears, i believe you understand that my brain, has been ruined by the hunger of killing.
