THE WALKING DEAD ALTERNATIVE SEASON TWO BEINGS.
Season 2: Episode one.
Chapter 38: Where We All Stand.
A month had passed since the public hearing and everything was going according to how Lee wanted it. Everyone was working together to build a better nation that would be prosperous and safe.
Alice: The factory is now completely under our control, Hewon and Vijay will be staying there for the next two months.
Lee: That's good, since we've secured food I think it's time we move to our next destination.
Alice: And where will that be exactly?.
Lee: We're going to secure fuel.
Alice: Fuel?
Lee: When the virus broke out and spread everyone stop doing what they were doing but that doesn't mean that it's still not there.
Alice: I understand.
Lee: Alice go and call Joe and Klaus for me, they will be accompanying me on this mission.
Alice: What about Rebekah and Dale?.
Lee: Those two are my Bodyguards so they are a must.
Alice: If that's what you wish for my lord.
Lee: Alice, don't call me my lord or your majesty, please.
Alice: Okay Lee.
Lee: Make a public announcement that I'll be leaving the city for a while, also gather ten (10) more people to accompany me.
Alice: Yes sir.
Alice leaves lee's office, and sametime Aneka walks In.
Lee: And what brings you here today?.
Aneka: The hospitals and clinics are running out of medicines and bandages.
Aneka hands over the medical stock sheet to Lee, Lee takes it from her and looks at it. Lee hands it back over to Aneka and lets out a sigh, this is going to be a problem.
Aneka: Also one of the patients has some weird diseases that I've never seen before.
Lee: I'll be heading out on a mission soon and I'll be taking you along with me just in case we see anyone with this disease that you've been talking about.
Aneka: Okay, I'm going to pack my survival bags with medical supplies and extra clothes.
Lee: Okay, also tell Ari to fill one of the helicopters with fuel we'll be flying to our destination this time.
Aneka nods her head and leaves.
**A FEW HOURS LATER**
Kol: Here, these are walkie-talkies that I've modified to only pick up our signals, It can also be used as a phone, I've added a few extra buttons.
Lee: That's good to know
Klaus: The truck is full of fuel and ready to go.
Lee: Okay, Aneka, Rebekah, and Dale will be riding with me in the helicopter. Ari is the pilot so she's clear to fly.
Klaus: When I call your name get into the truck.
Klaus: Ken, Drake, Vanessa, mitch, Matthew, Jonas, Emma, Rosemarie, Qai tan, and Liam.
Everyone whose name was called hops into the military truck, Joe throws the keys to Klaus.
Joe: You're driving today.
They drive off in the direction that lee had shown them on the map.
Lee: We'll be leaving now, I leave you in charge like always.
Alice nods her head and then places a kiss on lee's cheek.
Alice: When you get back let's talk about us and the future.
Lee: Umm...sure.
Lee holds his head down trying to hide the fact that he's blushing like crazy.
Ari: Okay love birds let's go.
Lee gets into the helicopter and put on his seat belts, Ari lifts the helicopter off the ground and waves to Alice.
Ari: Hello this is your captain speaking, we're currently off the ground and are heading northwest and we'll reach our destination in 90 hours.
Aneka: 90 hours!! So long.
Ari: Don't worry you'll be fine.
Aneka let out a sigh of relief.
Aneka: Wait a minute if you're around here who's flying the helicopter, Are we going to die.
Ari: It's on autopilot.
Dale: Aneka is such a coward, and I thought that you'd be a badass like your leader but I guess I was wrong.
Rebekah: Not everyone is a super freak like you.
Dale: You're right...I am special.
Lee: We're all special that's why we made it so far, we made decisions that we know would have guaranteed our survival.
Dale: I guess that you're right.
Lee: I have something to tell you guys and it's supposed to stay classified.
Ari: Go on.
Lee looks at Aneka.
Aneka: Some of the patients that are at the hospital have an unknown disease and we're scared that it might spread.
Rebekah: Holy shit.
Dale: That's not good.
Lee: I've secretly ordered that all patients with this disease are to be locked up at area x1x, I've also ordered that if anyone dies they should be burned and disposed of properly.
Rebekah: What kinda disease do you think this might be aneka?
Aneka: I think that this disease is the one that started the apocalypse, The one that turns infected people into walkers.
Rebekah: That's gonna be a problem if it is.
Lee: We'll deal with the problem when it happens but for now let's focus on the mission at hand. We'll be making a stop at the factory for some food.
Dale: All you can eat here I come.
Dale smiles.
**MEANWHILE ON THE ROAD**
Joe and Klaus: Rock, paper, scissors?
Joe: Paper beats rock I win.
Klaus: That's the fifth time in a row, what kind of sorcerer are you using.
Joe: Nah, you just suck at it.
Klaus: I wanted to ride in the helicopter with Lee and the others.
Joe: Well life sucks doesn't it. By the way how long until we reach our destination.
Klaus: 96 hours.
Joe: 4 days, that's long.
Klaus turns on his walkie-talkie and contacts Lee and the others.
Klaus: Aye Lee.
Lee: What do you want Klaus?.
Klaus: Umm... I think we might not make it to our checkpoint on time.
Lee: What is it?!!
Klaus: A Herd of walkers is coming straight at us.
Lee: How big is it?.
Klaus: Judging from the fact that I can't count them I'll say problem five hundred (500).
Lee: Shit, Klaus no matter what happens make sure that all of you survive.
Klaus: Yes sir.
Klaus turns off the walkie-talkie and hands over a gun to Joe.
Klaus: Listen passengers in the back we're heading straight into a Herd of walkers so get your guns ready and say a prayer.
Joe: Let's light these motherfuckers.
