"AHHHHH!! HO! HO! HO!"

"AAAHHH! DAMN IT! WHERE'S ERWIN?!" a woman screamed while breathing heavily as she keeps pushing herself.

"Push more, Eleanor! Give all your strength!" the doctor signalled to the screaming woman on the bed inside of Delivery Room.

The bed is sorrounded by doctors while assisting the Main Doctor.

"AHHHH!!!" Eleanor screamed more than she could ever imagine.

"I can see the head now! Push more! You're almost there!" the main doctor delighted said while seeing the tiny head of baby, slowly pushing out of the vagina canal.

"AHHHHH!!!" Finally! Eleanor pushed out the baby. The main doctor gently pulled the baby out of Eleanor.

The baby is so tiny like a one litre of Pepsi bottle. Her eyes are still cutely closed, rosy lips and cheeks and tender skin like pearls.

"Congratulations, Mrs. Stone! Your baby is a girl!" the main doctor said and gently patted the baby butt to make her cry.

"Uwaaahhh! Waaaah! Wahhh!" the baby cried suddenly and all doctors happily welcomed the newborn baby.

Eleanor Flint Stone felt happy to have a baby. It is her first newborn baby and it may be the last time.

She was diagnosed of having a difficulty on conceiving a baby since the day she married Erwin Stone.

Suddenly, the delivery room opened and a man heavily panted with anticipation on his eyes as he looked towards the direction of his wife and the baby.

He slowly walks while his legs are trembling. He is too excited and almost have an accident on the way.

Eleanor was frightened so she quickly checked her husband and sighed a relief after confirming with her eyes that there's nothing wrong with her husband.

Erwin hugged his wife and kissed her forehead as he felt blessed to have such wife like her.

The main doctor passed the baby to Erwin and Erwin accepted it gently while being careful.

"Her name will be Louisa Stone" Erwin named her himself and the baby giggled while stretching out her tiny sparkling hands to them.

"Although you successfully gave birth this come, we don't know if you can handle it the next time around" Eleanor's main doctor sadly stated as she looked at her patient's data sheets.

"W-What will happen, Doc?" the man asked while stuttering.

"Giving birth next time is more difficult than right now. We cannot guarantee a safe delivery next time but she can handle the maternity months" the main doctor responded which dissipated their anxiety.

Suddenly, a nurse came in and suggested to take the baby to the nursery room. The Stone Couple gave the baby to the nurse as the baby truly needs proper care right now.

Eleanor's doctor, Dr. Olivia Trinidad, looked at the back of the nurse who just left.

'Why does the nurse look unfamiliar?' she frowned.

On the other side of Delivery Room, another woman screamed while pushing out the baby out of herself.

"Congratulations, Mrs. Montecillo. Your baby is a girl!" the main doctor said while the baby silently looked at the people around her curiously.

Mrs. Montecillo gently looked at the baby on the main doctor's arms, gently swaying herself back and forth.

"Misis, your baby is healthy and beautiful" a nurse stated while arranging the baby clothes beside the bed.

Rosalina Montecillo stretched out her arms towards the main doctor to carry the baby and the main doctor unhesitatingly passed the baby to her.

Rosalina gently rubbed the baby's cheek with affection and smiled.

"Yes, and she deserves a better life more than anyone else" she firmly stated without thinking that the main doctor and nurse are still inside her room with her.

The main doctor frowned as she felt there's something wrong with the lady's words but she just brushed it out of her mind and happily welcomed the baby into this world.

"Then, what will be her name, Mrs. Montecillo?" the nurse curiously asked.

Rosalina still looked silently at the baby on her arms as she reminisced the past with the man she loved.

"Melissa.. Melissa Montecillo" Rosalina smiled.

"We need to take the baby to the nursery room" a nurse suggested.

Rosalina was about to nod on the nurse suggested when her main doctor asked her about the father, for filling in birth certificate purpose, but stopped.

"H-He..." her eyes moistened like she's about to cry but firmly tried to stop her tears.

Her main doctor immediately understand what she implied even without completing her words.

"I understand" her main doctor respond and started filling up information about the baby in her data sheets.

"Then, I'll take the baby in nursery room" she took the baby gently while caressing baby's cheeks.

----------

"She's so cute" she murmured as she exited the room with the baby and went towards the direction of the nursery room.

The nurse opened the door and placed the baby on the crib, good for babies. She caressed the baby's cheeks again but heard a giggling noises at the other crib.

She walked towards the direction of the baby and was shocked to see the facial features of this baby.

"What the? How come these two babies have similar faces?" she gasped upon her discovery and panicked.

Did she discovery something she shouldn't?

The nurse panicked more but she stumbled on the ground when the ground shook extremely.

"Ahh!" she cried and was terrified when the cements on the ceiling slowly cracked above the two babies.

"NOOOO!!" she shouted and pulled the two cribs.

The cement fell down on the spot, where the two babies were placed, as she is sweating. Her legs are trembling because of extreme shocked she received just now.

"No! I need to find a way to save these two babies!" she firmly stood up and decided to save the two babies.

She scooped up the giggling baby to her left arm and the silent baby to her right arm as she carried them gently. Both babies felt warmth and placed their heads on her neck and fell sleep.

"HELP! HELP!" she shouted while the ground is still shaking. She used her back to balance herself and crawled on the ground while observing the cracking cements around her.

She keeps on shouting but no one heard her. She hugged tightly on both two babies and swore to herself that she must protect them even it costs her life.

On a second, a blue necklace fell down from the neck of the baby on her arm. She noticed the blue pigeon necklace fell down from her arms but she didn't which baby owned it. She frowned.

She looked back and forth on the two babies as she doesn't know which of them owned it, until she heard a giggling noise on her left side.

She smiled and firmly believed that the baby on her left side owned it because of the baby's stretched out arms like she recognized the necklace. She tied the blue pigeon necklace on the baby.

However, the nurse didn't notice the frowning forehead of the baby on her right side like the baby is displeased of what the nurse has done.

The nurse is crawling on the ground until she reached the nurse station to see if there's someone there to help her but she found no one.

She doesn't know that everyone left the hospital building hurriedly when the earthquake happened with the help of rescuers outside.

Only the nurse and the two babies are left and still haven't rescued yet.

The nurse still doesn't give up and hides herself under the table, which is wide enough for her and the two babies, of the nurse stations.

She patiently waited for the arrival of the rescue teams while the two babies cutely dozing off.

She hugged them tightly and her consciousness slowly blurred until she heard the noises nearby.

The two babies suddenly cried loudly which attracted the attention of the rescue teams and eventually found them.

The rescue teams saved the two babies first. They brought the two babies outside of the ruined hospital building.

Eleanor Stone hurriedly run towards the direction of the man who carried a baby.

She saw the blue pigeon necklace at the side of the baby clothes and immediately recognized her baby.

"My Louisa!" Eleanor cried and took the baby from the man while Erwin sighed.

The baby giggled happily when she felt a warmth hug.
