Long Fei quickly noticed that something does not seem right with the way Su Ruan was looking at him. Before he could get his chance to ask what was wrong, Su Ruan had spoken first.
"Was that the reason you approached me? Because my presence is special to your body?" Su Ruan felt as if there were hundreds of blades slashing at her heart as she said those words.
His expression changed. Long Fei realized that his girlfriend had misunderstood him. "No. That's not it."
This was not his intention when he explained the effect she had on him.
But then again, that was the truth, wasn't it?
In the beginning, the reason he had approached her was because of what had happened during their childhood.
"You are saying that... If you did not lick my wound at that time, your body wouldn't react towards me, right?" Su Ruan asked. "Tell me the truth."
