Half an hour later, her phone started to chime again. Long Fei called to tell her that he had arrived.
Su Ruan had thought that it would take a while before Long Fei arrived. She did not think that he would be here very quick.
After checking herself in the mirror, Su Ruan snuck out of her bedroom. She scanned around her surroundings and heaved with relief upon finding that everything was too quiet. Once she was sure that everything was clear, Su Ruan snuck out of the house.
A breath of relief escaped her as she made it outside without running into any of her family members. Suddenly, Su Ruan felt as if she had become a rebellious teenager.
Liking someone would make her do things that she never thought she would do.
Su Ruan walked towards the orchard, planning to use the same route to find Long Fei on his boat. Just as she entered the orchard, her ears picked up a rustling sound.
