Arya's House,
"What do you mean you don't want Chris to know about Amaris?!" Laura's loud voice would have been heard by the occupants in the veranda if not for Arya's palm that quickly clamped it shut.
"Nana! You don't have to be so loud!" Arya whispered back at her grandmother whose green eyes were glaring back at her over her tiny palm.
Receiving the message her grandmother was passing to her through her glares, Arya quickly put her hands down and took a step back.
"Don't get me started with you young lady. I've had a long tiring day so I'd prefer if you explained your words explicitly." Laura said, her hands akimbo.
She had truly had a long day. First, she had to open her flower shop and tend to the flowers alone cause she hadn't had any help since her son died, then she had to find and talk with Greg out of the eyes and nose of the Sect(which wasn't an easy task!)
