Martina didn't listen to her family and friend's best suggestion to stay inside until Blue came back safe and sound.
She was afraid that he won't come back unharmed. She didn't want to lose him again, not now or never.
Mary Green screamed at top of her lungs when she saw how her daughter broke her words. She wasn't hurt because of Martina's behavior, but because of fear to know that she might be in danger as well.
"Come back here, Martina! It's too dangerous!" Mary screamed once again, but the desperate woman shook her head in disagreement.
Martina said, "I'm sorry, Mother. But i have to make sure that he is safe."
Her voice was enough for them to realize what she wanted to say. There was sadness in her voice and afraid to feel that sorrow for the second time around.
At that moment, Martin comforted his wife as he decided to respect Martina's decision. He knew his daughter wasn't a coward and a crying baby.
