Delaina looked around at the new world she had just been thrown into in curiosity. This place had a decent amount of spiritual energy, and yet this world had no cultivators.
She had been sent here on a mission from the heavens itself; to introduce cultivation to the world as smoothly and safely as possible.
When she was tossed into this world, she had little knowledge of it, so naturally, she wandered around, looking at the sights with wide eyes.
Currently, she was covered in dust, because the heavens had unceremoniously thrown her down from the sky, which resulted in a loud band as she crashed into the Earth. When you looked at it, there was a pretty obvious human-shaped indent in the center of the hole that expanded for 20 Meters.
Because she was cast down from the heavens, she naturally didn't have her high cultivation and was only at the first realm.
[A/N: The realms are simply called 'First Realm, Second Realm, Third Realm' etc for an easier reading experience.]
People either hurried past her or stared for a while looking at the girl who was covered in so much dirt that you were unable to see her facial features, but her big doe eyes made one want to pick her up and put her in your pocket.
Delaina looked around, taking in the neon signs and the huge televisions showing advertisements.
She had the basic knowledge of this world, it was the only thing she received from the heavens when she was cast down, besides a decent pair of clothes, that is.
She quickly saw a kind-looking middle-aged man and tugged on his shirt. "Uncle, can you give some money to Delaina? Some mean boys just came and took all of Delaina's money and now she has nothing left to buy food with."
Looking at this little girl's sweet and pitiful appearance, the uncle saw how she was covered in dirt and patted her head softly before handing her 20 dollars.
"This is all I have on me right now, little cutie. If you see uncle again, make sure to come and say hello. Go ahead and buy yourself some snacks." He said kindly before looking at his watch and walking away.
Delaina Delacruz, aka DD the scamming five-year-old. Currently being punished for scamming, tax evasion, and theft. She was arrested by the Guardians of Heavens' Peace (GHP). She was on the run for 127 years before being caught.
Because she had offended many high-ranking gods, she was given the max sentence available for the crimes she had committed which is governing a world with no cultivation status, and not getting paid for it.
Not getting paid was a big punishment in the heavens. Especially because of how much work it was to raise a realm with no foundation of cultivation.
Oh well. She had it coming for her.
Shrugging, Delaina pocketed the twenty and skipped around the corner where she found an old lady walking. Tugging on the lady's shirt, she said, "Grandma, can you give some money to Delaina? Some mean boys just came and took all of Delaina's money and now she has nothing left to buy food with."
With a small pout from the little girl in front of her, the old lady's heart instantly melted. She had just come from the grocery store and had some cash in her hand that had just been about to be put away.
She stuffed the cash into the small child's hands and rubbed her head slightly. "Stay safe darling, go and buy yourself something warm to eat for breakfast."
Delaina gave the old woman a big smile before running away and waving behind her, "Thanks, grandma!"
The old lady was still smiling by the time the next victim had already been spotted.

Delaina proceeded to scam people until nightfall. After charming the person at the reception counter to let her pay with cash for a room, saying that her mom was going to come up in a few minutes, she successfully got a room.
After a quick shower, Delaina quickly gave herself two french braids before smoothing out all the bills and beginning to count them.
'10, 20, 42, 80, 100…'
She had scammed at least 30 people today in total. She could have easily done more but she was worried about accidentally scamming the same person twice. Plus, not many people would just give money to a little girl without question. She didn't want them to try and take her to the police to 'get her justice'.
She also made sure to steer clear of pervs and people who might possibly attempt to kidnap her. She had even scammed a girl into giving her a lollipop.
Putting the bubblegum-flavored candy into her mouth, she smiled. 837 USD in one day.
Not bad, not bad…
---
Waking up in the morning, she returned the key to the person at the front desk, successfully checking out.
The first thing that she did was go and buy herself some breakfast, patting her stomach in satisfaction.
Next, she went and bought herself a pair of clothes, they were quite plain, a simple red shirt and black skirt and a bandana.
Going into the bathroom, she changed into her new outfit. Off to a convenience store, she bought a decent-sized container with a secure lid. After paying, she placed her old clothes inside. The material was obviously not the best that could be found in heaven, but here on Earth, it could be sold for a decent amount of money once it was washed if she really needed the money.
Walking down an empty alley, she placed the bin under a pile of bricks, completely hiding it from view.
Having spent 70 USD on the hotel last night, 12 on her outfit, 5 on her container plus her breakfast was 4 dollars, she had 746 left. 'Time to do some more scamming', she thought to herself before skipping away, her eyes already locked on her first target of the day.
It was about 6 o'clock at night, Delaina had just wanted to put away the money she swindled that day when she saw a man glancing around suspiciously, seemingly looking for something.
She decided to just mind her own business. After successfully stashing away her small fortune, she walked out of the alley and past the man. She easily noticed that his eyes were following her, and as expected, only moments later he began to follow.
She turned a corner or two and he was still following her, so she stopped walking and turned around to face him.
"Sir, why are you following me?" She said with a confused face.
The man stiffened before saying, "W-well I noticed you walking around by yourself, and was wondering if you need help finding your mother. Is she around here somewhere?" He asked.
"No, I ran away from home yesterday, mommy doesn't know where I am. Why?"
"Well then…" He said, briskly walking up to her before trying to take her hand, "I can go and get you something to eat if you'd like."
"No thank you, sir. I'm not hungry."
"No, no. I think you're hungry!" He says, giving her a threatening look, "now be a good girl and go with uncl-"
"Wahhhhhhhhh!!" Delaina instantly began crying, making people subconsciously look their way, "No! Uncle, please, I don't wanna go home with you! I don't wannaaaa…"
When people saw this situation, they came to help. Somebody directly punched the man, while the other grabbed her in their arms and pulled her a safe distance away.
This lady was young, maybe 19 years old, and was petting her head while whispering comforting words to her. The guy who had taken down the uncle with a single swipe was the same age. They appeared to be a young couple.
Sobbing, Delaina tried to make her tears fall down her cheeks like rain as she hiccupped and talked nonsense, "H-he sssaid that h-he was gonna t-ttake Delaina h-home to have fun w with him. B-but when Delaina said n-n-no, h- he saaaiiiddd… waaaaaa"
Running out of things to say, she quickly began crying again, burying her head into the girl's shoulders and sobbing.
