At the very least, the system that the god of wisdom created would have informed the god of power of the fact that Jason's clones are alive. But their brother didn't do that. So the god of power remains oblivious while helping the real Jason to become an Usurper.
He is using Jason's Supreme Law to mask his identity, which means Jason is God's Domain, and Jason is the one that is absorbing the Cosmic source.
So even though the god of power succeeded in stealing Jason's identity, he still has to keep Jason alive and strengthen him. She can't see how this will end well. Especially when Jason's clones are already working against the god of power.
She doesn't think she is the only one who can see that the god of power is heading towards failure. Surely, her smart brother must see it too. Yet, he convinced the god of power to go through with it.
