The door opened and Rexitt walked out, his eyes lit up in surprise to see her standing in front of the door
"Lupita you are here?" Rexitt asked, he frowned thhe next second when he noticed her tear stricken face. Lupita immediately turned around when she heard his voice, she didn't want him to see that she had been crying but it was already too late to avoid his gaze cause he had already seen her.
"Huh? Are you crying?" he asked again.
"no I am not" she denied while wiping away every trace of tears from her face.
"Then why was your face covered in tears?" He went round her and stood in front of her her "see! I can still see traces of the tears on your face besides, you eyes are completely swollen and red, it proves you have indeed being crying, what's wrong?"
Lupita knew they was no point denying it again, if she still denied crying then it would only raise his suspicions and worry the more. So instead of denying it she chose to lie
