"Hey momma, I hope you know that I'm gonna be leaving the city soon," Akira said with a small smile on her lips. "I plan on going to New York or somewhere like that so I can start over for all of us. Okay mom?" She said kissing the tulips in her hand before laying them down on her mother's grave.

"Dad please keep an eye on mom," Akira thumbs around his tombstone before feeling her eyes swell with tears. "Lord knows she going crazy knowing her only kid is here with no one to be her friend." she chuckled to herself sadly. "I really miss you guys."

Akira let my tears fall down her face. "But there will be a day where I will join I don't know when though. Hopefully it will be soon enough." She then kissed the sunflower in her hand place it on her dad's grave just as she decided to leave.

Every time Akira went there she continued to hate herself since she believes she's the reason her parents weren't alive anymore. No matter how much she tried she knew that she killed them. It killed her to know that she did what she did. But Akira was only a kid.

(Iteally Elementary)

"There's my little flower, how was school today?" Here father asked her as I ran up to him to give him a hug. "It was good! I learned multiplication of my 1's and tomorrow we'll learn or 2's and 3's." I said as walked to the car. "Hi my little Kiki do you have a Friday funday today?" The young akira screamed yes happily. Every Friday her parents would always have Friday funday and they were the best days to. It always made her happy to spend days like this with her parents. "Can we get ice cream and watch a movie?" She asked hoping they would say yes. "Actually we have something better planned."

Akira looked at them confused. "Why no ice cream?" She felt myself get upset and pout. "No pouting flower okay?" Her father said looking at me from the rearview mirror. "We just have a surprise for you is all." Akira kicked her legs happily knowing they had something amazing in store. As they were almost home She saw that they had passed a farm house that had cows and horses. "Mommy, daddy look!" Akira grabbed the back of her dad's chair trying to get him to look. "Not now sweetie daddy is driving." She began to scream at him having a tantrum causing her dad to swerve from how loud she began to scream. "Kira stop screaming this instant!?"

Her mom, Melinda yelled at her as her daddy pulled the car over. "Now little flower I want you to apologize to daddy and get back in your seat. so we can go to your surprise." Akira nodded. "I'm sorry daddy." She pouted feeling tears well up in her eyes. "It's ok my sweet flower just don't do it again." He said starting the car up. "Now I need you to behave so we can go to your surprise ok?" He pulled back onto the road. "Okay daddy."

As they continued on in driving to the location it had began to get foggy and began raining. "Jackson we should pull over you see anything in this fog." She said trying to clear the fog as best as she could. "Don't worry Melly I got THIS!?!" HE said as a driver who was driving towards them had hit them making them swerve off the road and hit a pole. Everyone was quiet but it wasn't until young Akira had arisen from her short coma and saw what had happened. "Daddy!? Mommy!?" She cried out. "My little flower call the police daddy and I are okay we just need some help. So call the police." Her mother then handed her the phone and Akira dialed the police. "Hello Michigan Police department how can I help you?" The man on the phone said. "Hello officer my mommy and daddy crashed the car and we need help." Akira said shaking and crying a bit.

"Okay sweet heart where are you?" "Uhm I don't know but we passed by a farm earlier with cows and horses." Akira said as she heard the police officer typing in his keyboard. "Okay sweet heart now I need you to tell me is your mommy or daddy able to talk to me?" Akira tried shaking her parents awake but got no response. "No one is awake are they going to be okay?" "We'll see when we get there. no sweet heart I want you to stay right where you are and don't move help is on the way." The officer said. "Don't go!" Akira screamed a little afraid not knowing if her parents were going to make it or not.

"Don't worry I'll be here the whole way sweet heart." The officer said as help appeared. The people in the ambulance had checked on her parents first trying to get a good look see to make sure they could be saved. "The mom has a weak pulse but she's hanging on." They got to work pulling her out of the car. "There's a child in the back seat." A womanly voice said approaching Akira. "what's your name sweetie?" The lady asked. "Akira." "Alright now Akira we're going to take you and your parents to the hospital are you okay with that?" Akira nodded as the lady picked her up from the car seat she was in.

After putting her parents in a gurney. They rushed and got the parents in different operating rooms. "We lost her father we have to try to keep her mother alive we can't lose the mother too." The doctors were going between both rooms of the parents. "Akira darling here you go." The officer from earlier gave her a sandwich and a juicy juice box. "Akira took it quietly hoping and ate while waiting to see her mother or father. "Is my mommy and daddy okay?" Akira hoped the officer would give her good news. "Well uh how about we wait for the doctors to tell us." Akira nodded. "Jenkins she's stable." A breath of relief passed the officer's lungs as she took Akira to see her mother.

"MOMMY?!?" She ran up to her seeing her barely awake but smiling at her. "Hi my little flower I thought I lost you." She kissed her forehead. "I didn't see daddy they said that he was lost." Akira told her mother as she sniffled. "That's right sweet heart he is lost in heaven." Her mother smiled. "Now Akira I need you to promise me that no matter what you won't try to go to heaven okay?" Akira nodded though she was confused by her mother. " I promise." She held out her pinkie and twined it with her mother's. "I love you my little flower."

She kissed Akira's cheek one more time before falling asleep and the monitor started beeping erratically. "Mommy wake up!? What's happening mommy??" Akira began to panic as doctor's starting coming in the room. "Sweetie come on it's time to let the doctors do their best to help your mom okay?" The officer said trying to pry Akira off her mother's body. "NO! Mommy wake up?! WAKE UP!!" She cried as her fingers went loose as the officer got her to let go of her mother. "Mommy!" After countless minutes of waiting for something from the doctors a male doctor came out of the room.

"Hi Akira my name's Dr. Hepburn can I talk to you?" Akira nodded sniffling, praying to hear something good. "I don't know how to tell you this but your mommy went to heaven. We tried everything we could but it looks like God was calling for her." Akira stared at him feeling nothing for the first time. "I know. She and daddy wanted to be in heaven together." She said as a tear fell from her face. "They wanted to leave me." Akira said as the doctor hugged her.

End of flashback

Akira wiped my tears reminiscing on the event now knowing that she didn't deserve to be here unlike her parents. They were something big in this world were as she was just who she is today. A nobody. A homeless nobody.
