Cha Junshik walked back to the professor's office. He sighed a few times, thinking about the administrative staff that kept on hitting on him.
'Ah, Mr. Cha, I can give your salary during lunch break. We can eat somewhere, just the two of us, right?'
'Mr. Cha, no need to be shy. I know that you need money, right? Working as an assistant professor would not give you enough. I can give you more salary if you ask~.'
Cha Junshik shivered whenever he imagined that woman consistently trying to hit on him.
"Well, at least now I can play with Alphie before my next lecture—" Cha Junshik pushed the door of the professor's office. He imagined Alphie would be barking happily with his small curled tail wagging to greet him.
But when he pushed the door open, Alphie was nowhere to be found.
"Alpheus?" Cha Junshik called, but there was no answer. "Is this one of his hides and seek games again?"
