Chapter 25 - 25. Being pinched is an absurd curse

-The Best Valentine-

Squeezing is not good. Especially when you are confused about which right or left to choose, your mother's right and your father's left.

The speech of an unstable human being trapped in a sacred situation.

----------------------------------

Gilang Jupiter is not the type of guy who is playful and annoying like Bintang. Or the grumpy and cold type like Erlang.

He is a nice guy, friendly a.k.a a little chatty. In fact, Gilang smiles more often than following the strange behavior of his two best friends.

If Erlang is hell, and Bintang is heaven, then Gilang is an earth that is calm, serene and loves peace.

He often acts as an intermediary when his best friend is doing a project that Gilang always labels as a project for people with stress. Being a referee is also mandatory even in electronic game stimulation matches.

'Only insane people actually need a referee, because that obviously doesn't matter at all.'

So, for the umpteenth time, Gilang said that his two best friends were too insane to live a perfunctory life.

"Inhale, exhale Gilang. This is a test for a sane creature." he whispered to himself.

Even Bintang always said that he was the mother of the phoenix dormitory. Not because he can cook, but because he's good. The free adviser and the only sane among the three handsome princes.

It's just that basically Gilang is also a human who is sometimes confused. Today he had been going around looking for his two friends who were having a misunderstanding.

Or rather Erlang who is too unstable.

The Bintang has been cool ever since, even though he wasn't with the man. Gilang was sure that somewhere peaceful and serene the rancid boy was sleeping comfortably.

Gilang took a deep breath a few times. This time he walked down the corridor with a roaming look.

Out of habit, it turned out that Bintang was walking towards him carrying several packages that he had just picked up.

"BINTANG!!" Gilang shouted.

The man looked up, "Why Lo?" he asked.

Gilang caught his breath, panting. "Where are you from?"

Bintang lifted the package, "Take this, from TU."

"Good, I thought you were sleeping somewhere."

"Yeah, the plan after this is really going to sleep." Bintang said casually, while Gilang was already boiling on the spot.

The man took a deep breath. "Help me for a moment, this is yours and Erlang's problem."

Bintang raised an eyebrow in confusion. As far as he can remember and as long as he can remember he never had a problem with a man who was almost as close to the polar bear as that.

"What is the problem?"

"Erlang jealous."

"Who with?"

"You bastard!!"

Be patient, Gilang.. be patient.. patient people have smooth luck and their mate comes quickly. Gilang muttered to himself while rubbing his chest holding back anger.

Bintang increasingly confused, "Who is he jealous of?" he repeated in disbelief.

"Erlang saw you while having dinner with Sella's family. That's why he was angry, the kid was still very jealous. He even insisted that Lo had stabbed him in the back." Gilang explained.

"In other words, Erlang thinks you has something with Sella," he continued.

"Oh, last night, why didn't you just send it to me, right?"

"Yes, I want that too, but you know that Erlang's brain is made of ice cubes. He won't believe our explanation, especially when he's emotional."

Bintang nodded in understanding. He had been friends with Erlang for a long time, in other words he knew the man's stubbornness.

"Then, what is your plan?"

"Look for Erlang. We'll explain as clearly as possible, as long as you doesn't really have something with Sella, everything will be fine." Gilang stopped his speech. He glanced at Star suspiciously.

"Bintang," he cried.

"Hmm, why?"

"You didn't stab Erlang in the back, did you?" asked Gilang suspiciously.

Bintang immediately laughed out loud, "Yes, no. Yesterday, Sella's father was talking about their joint project."

"Good, I don't want to be among you guys who are in the cold war."

Bintang laughed even more, he grabbed Gilang's shoulder and walked down the corridor, "Calm down! I already told you that Sella is not my type."

Gilang rolled his eyes bored, "Whatever. Now think about finding Erlang in the library."

"Why go to the library? As far as I know Erlang and the library are a combination that won't mix, water and oil."

"There are only two places I haven't looked for, the first is the library and the second is the TU room. Since you're from there, it's impossible for Erlang to be there too, right."

----------The Best Valentine------

The former wooden door in front of him reminds Gilang of the private library at Erlangga's house. Big and majestic. It was clear that Erlang didn't want to spend his time in the library at school, he had his own private library.

"Come on in," Bintang pulled Gilang's arm, which had been silent for a long time. Apparently the man had never set foot in this sacred place either.

Arriving inside the librarian again gasped wide when he found two strange people who entered his territory.

"Star Pradipta is coming again." He exclaimed half dry while hiding his surprise. "Good time to sleep, only two people in there."

"Two people? This is record breaking. Usually it's just me and the eternal darkness, cult cultist," Bintang muttered.

Gilang did not know and did not understand at all what his friend was talking about, he just shrugged and followed Bintang's steps along the towering large shelves.

Spacious.. one word for this place.

"So where do you think Erlang is hiding?" asked Star.

"Don't ask me, you're the more suho here. Even if it's just sleeping, at least you know more about this place."

They returned to silence, slow and calm steps. Gilang was almost fooled by the situation.

His eyes flickered at the sight of a scene he was not supposed to actually witness.

"Shett.. Bintang.." Gilang called, dragging the man's arm and taking him to hide behind the lower shelf.

"What!!"

"Shut up!! Look at the front." Gilang pointed his finger at the couple sitting almost on each other's lap on the bottom carpet. Too close to even talk.

Damn it!! They've stuck to each other.

"Erlang is fast too huh.." whispered Gilang.

Star didn't say anything. His gaze locked on the two figures in front of him. His fists tightened, showing the protruding books.

He rose quickly. Gilang pulled his best friend's arm so he could hide and not mess around. But Star doesn't care.

"What are you guys doing?"

Degh..

His best friend's voice dominated with hatred and annoyance stopped the miracle they were about to see.

"Star!" Gilang exclaimed.

Maura opened her eyes, glaring perfectly at her embarrassed because she had been caught. Erlang has moved to his usual position, giving a little distance.

"KUTA WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!" shouted Bintang harshly.

Gilan furrowed his brows. What's wrong with that friend?

Maura got up, this time Gilang was observing her clearly. The girl's condition was chaotic, her face was red, her hair was half wet with the two buttons of her uniform top open.

'What are they doing?'

"Err.. Mum.. sorry, I'm sorry."

Maura had a hard time finding the words. He jumped right in and ran out of the room.
