"Mr. Hidorima, the check-up results have all been collected. Should we wait for Haruhi to wake up or should I tell you this right away?" Iida asked.
Iida didn't feel entitled to reveal Katsuki's condition without Katsuki's approval. Therefore, Iida sought Shouki's approval and opinion on this matter.
"Just go ahead, I still don't have the heart to wake him up. He's still very tired," said Shouki.
Actually, that's not the only thing that made Shouki not want to make Katsuki more stressed. Shouki was sure that Iida would say something unpleasant for the both of them to hear. It's enough for Shouki to know first, after this Shouki could manipulate the information and make an explanation that convinces Katsuki to take treatment.
For Shouki, it will be safer and better for Katsuki's treatment later if Katsuki doesn't know the real situation.
