After a few minutes of walking, they found the inn and once they enter, a old man who seems to be sleeping at the counter doesn't even bat an eye at the fainted man, "one gold for a room," and they get a key once Lune places a gold coin in his hand, "room number three, second to your left."
It takes them a while to work on the door knob, since the key is quite rusty and ancient looking. Once it clicks, they enter the room and Lisa drops the man on the bed with a huff, and she stretches her shoulder, "damn, he is heavy."
"Any idea what some thugs want from him?" She takes a closer look at the doctor and he seems to be finally stirring himself awake, and when he opens his eyes revealing a pair of black eyes, he looks around his surroundings and suddenly screams, "please have mercy with me! I do not know anything about who is the one freezing the waterfall!"
'Ah, so someone's been aiming to get their hands on the beast that can freeze a whole waterfall, and it happens to be Snow.'
Lisa puts her hands on the man's shoulder and shakes him, "Dr Barry! You don't recognize me?" And before he can say anything, she continues, "do you remember helping out a girl who was poisoned by some frogs previously?"
His eyes become a thin line while he is trying to recall, and when his eyes widen, he snaps his fingers, "ah! You must be Lina!"
"I'm Lisa!"
Finally he feels more at ease and he bows a little, "I thank you both for helping out an old fart like me. What business do you have looking for me?"
"Actually," Lune finally speaks up and carries the napping Snow and shows it to Dr Barry, "please have a look at this little one, it hurt its neck a while ago."
"Ah! What a cute little thing you're!" Luckily Snow is not acting hostile at all with the doctor, and he winces the moment he sees the cut, "you're right, the cut is actually serious enough that it needs human intervention for it to heal. But I left my medical equipment back at my clinic."
"What do you need for the treatment?"
After he list down the items which include common things like cloth for bandages and some utensils for possible stitching, Lune offers to go and get the stuff herself, "you stay here with the doctor, Lisa. We can't risk getting him captured again."
"I can't possibly let you go alone!"
"It's fine, if it's too dangerous, I will flee the scene."
So off she goes and after making sure there's no one else in the clinic, she enters and quickly gets the stuff that he requested. It's going on a little too smoothly in her opinion though, where she even gets to be back to the inn with the supplies and Dr Barry finally gets to inspect Snow's wound more carefully, "it seems that the blood has started to clot for some time now, which is a relief. So I will be disinfecting it and putting on a bandage after a few quick stitches."
They are almost frozen to death when Snow starts whining from the pain of the disinfecting herb paste that the doctor applied and after a good amount of struggle and coaxing, the wound is finally sewn up and bandaged.
"It has ice elemental magic huh? Where did you girls find this little one?"
Lisa almost blurts out that Snow attacked them at the waterfall until Lune speaks out first, "we found it hurt on the ground, near the forest."
"You are lucky it seems to like you! Elemental beasts like this fellow here will never be easy to partner up with mortals," he washes his hands that are stained with some old blood and some herbs and that's when someone knocks on their room door. The redhead tenses up since it might be that the crooks from earlier finally found them here, and starts getting ready for combat by getting out her bow and arrow, but they relax when they hear a familiar voice, "it's me Chilve."
The door opens and he enters while observing them carefully, "I assume this gentleman would be Dr Barry?" And the doctor holds out his hand for a handshake after his quick wash, "greetings. I guess you're one of their fellow adventurer friends?"
"And I happen to be Lune's soul-" he winces when the blonde just stomps on his foot to shut him up, and the albino pouts at her, "can't you be a little bit gentler to me? I even did some digging around here."
"What do you find? You said there was trouble earlier. Is it related to Dr Barry here?"
"More like it's related to both the doctor and Snow. It seems that a notorious group that is famous for kidnapping rare beasts and selling them in illegal auctions is here in Prean."
Lisa groans from Chilve's findings and she puts both her hands on her hips, "then we should eliminate them before they bring harm to the poor beasts!"

And Chilve starts laughing hard, almost comically wheezing at that bold statement and while the redhead is at her limit from losing her temper, it's Lune that starts the stern talking first, "this is not funny, Chilve. What she said is true since it's not-"
"Wai-t wait," he puts up both his hands signaling Lune to stop talking so she do just that, wondering what kind of excuses he will come out with, and finally his laughing slows down and he wipes a tear from laughing too much, "I just laugh because the group is nothing but peas, since I already taken them down."
"You what?!"
"And I already passed them to the authorities," a huge pouch appears when he rummages through his belt, "I even got the bounty for them. Lucky us, I guess?"
