**NOLAN'S POV**
I was a little upset that I was being called back from this trip so soon. However, I needed to do what I was told some of the time. The king was my cousin and I needed to make sure that he was happy so that I was able to be happy. Not to mention, if it wasn't for him, I would never have met the love of my life. So, I guess I could be a little lenient with him. Just a little.
"Nolan?" Briar called out as we were riding back toward the city.
"Yes, Briar?" I didn't know what he wanted, but I saw that he was looking at the carriage in the distance. The one that was carrying Violet and Hiam as well as all of our stuff.
