Michael's thoughts halted after hearing a commotion outside the room. Jacob frowned and got up from his seat and strode towards the door "What is happening outside?"
The guard beastman of the fox tribe rushed inside the castle after hearing the fox king's voice. He nervously looked around and whispered, "He is here your majesty"
Jacob widened his eyes and paced out of the room towards the living room of the fox castle. Michael too got up from his seat and followed behind the fox king.
Reaching the living room, both of them caught sight of a giant tiger snarling at the quivering guards. The reddish-brown eyes of the tiger flickered towards them making their breath hitch inside their throat. Jacob gulped in fear and made his way down the stone stairs.
Garrison observed all of Jacob's movements like a predator watching its prey. Jacob tried his best to maintain a calm smile even though he was ready to bolt out of that place in the next second.
