"We meet again." Isak feigned a smile as he held open the door. "To what do we owe this visit?"
"I'll like to see the doctor. Is he in?" Albert asked, not bothering to return the smile.
"Yes. But I'm afraid he's a little under the weather. Basically in no shape to receive visitors."
