Waiting another half hour he could see Kana and his Mother returned to the car.
He could see that Kana had gotten blond highlights in her strawberry blond hair but she didn't get it cut like usual.
'She must be growing it out.' He thought to himself.
While his mother could be seen as a taller version of Kana at 5"10' but with long flowing strawberry blond hair that she preferred to keep around mid back length and Deep sea blue eyes like his own.
She must of just got her hair dyed to darken her hair as he couldnt see much of a difference other then that.
Seeing them walking to the car he questioned why he was even being their chauffeur today but then remembered that he gave up asking that question after they made him do it 10 times ago.
Almost every Saturday they would drag him out to be there butler and although it was annoying it wasnt like he had much elts to do. So he just did as they wished for a day and they seemed happy about it.
Getting in they were giggling and talking about a guy who must of also been in the hair salon.
"Mom I cant believe that guy was checking you out." Kana said giggling.
"I dont think its that surprising. I'm still young and desirable you know." Jasmine retorted while feeling like a injured doe.
"Yeah but he was by no means young. He had to be at least in his sixty's." Kana pointed out.
"Well that is true. I prefer younger men anyways so you dont have to worry about me hooking up with a older guy and makeing him your step father." Jasmine agreed.
"Besides after your father I have never seen a need for a man. Even if he showed back up one day I wouldnt take him back." Jasmine said with a smile.
"Alright!" Clapsing her hands together she started to talk to him.
"We are going to go to the mall and then we will go home." Jasmine stated.
Turning on the car he started to drive to the mall in the city they lived in. It was about a 30 minute drive, so driveing there didnt take long. Of couse he couldnt just sit in the car like before because they always wanted him to hold there bags.
----------
Walking behind the two girls he was holding 7 bags from all diferent stores. luckly they decided to stop here today or he would be carrying more than a dozen. Filled with all different kinds of clothes.
If he had to pick favorites out of all the clothes he had seen today it would have to be the summer dresses and cold shoulder blouses. That being said he did in fact have to do that as Kana kept asking for his opinion.
As the three walked Kana and Jasmine talked about the clothes they picked up and Ryan was looking around.
The stores he could see in this area of the mall were mainly clothing stores. The food court was on the main floor and the electronics were on the opposite end of the mall on the second floor. The store's that sold stuff for diferent holidays were strewn about and you could see one from time to time.
Walking for about 10 minutes Kana, Jasmine, and Ryan arived at the exit they were going too and could see teenagers all hanging out at a table in the food court not far away. They looked to be fighting with toy swords.
"Are they doing some kind of play?" Jasmine asked as they were going by.
"Probably, they look like kids from the drama club at our school." Kana replyed after recognizing one of the ones with the foam swords.
After hearing Kana say this Ryan decided to continue walking and the others decided to wait and watch.
After watching the show for a minute Jasmine and Kana also decided to leave as they wernt that good and looked like kids playing with sticks.
"Hey you two! Why dont you come hang out with us and enjoy the show!" A boy near the fight said as he had seen Kana and Jasmine watching from afar.
Ignoring the comment they caught up to Ryan who was standing near the exit.
Watching as his mother and sister walked over he could see the fake fight had stoped and the boy who yelled was headed in there direction.
After almost sprinting over the boy taked again.
"Wait up!"
"My name's leo, how about we go sit and chat. I can even buy you girls something to drink." The boy continued after seeing the two girls turn around.
"Sorry kid but we arnt interested." Jasmine said when she heard him.
"What about you?" The boy asked while looking at Kana. Ignoring the fact that Jasmine spoke for both of them.
"Like she said, we arnt interested." Kana said a little iritated.
Grabbing her mother's hand she started to lightly tug Jasmine in the direction of Ryan.
As they started to walk away the boy looked at were they were going. Noticing Ryan standing there a grin appeared on his face.
"Hold up, are you two with him." He tryed to get there attention.
Looking back they could see him pointing past them and they realised he was pointing at Ryan.
"So what if we are." Kana was the one to respond.
"Well i dont know if you know but you shouldnt hang out with someone who is a bad influence. He did destroy the stage that was going to be used for the state play that could of gotten our school to national's after all." Pulling out his phone and pulling up a video online he started to show it to them.
The video was of the stage collapsing and Ryan standing nearby with a rope in his hands watching everything fall.
"Come on, you would be better off hanging out with me and the others than someone like him." He said while pointing at Ryan.
"Who we hang out with is our choice and I can say I would rather die than to hang out with people who find it fun to slander others." Jasmine was done with this whole situation.
It was proven that Ryan was not to blame and that no matter who pulled on those ropes the stage would of collapsed but her son was still getting treated like he was the one who did it. Maybe if everyone at that school actually caired about makeing it to national's then they should of built the stage properly.
Turning around she could see that Ryan had already left. Kana who also turned around, left with Jasmine and found that Ryan had left the bags in the back seat and was sitting in the front seat with his head on his arms that were resting on the stearing wheel.
Geeting in they both stayed quiet as they couldnt gauge were he was mentally and didnt want to make anything worse.
Sitting up and turning the car on he started to drive Jasmine and Kana home as that was what they had said to do earlier in the day.
"Ryan, you shouldn't let what they say get to you. We both know the truth and that's all that matters." Kana said after a while of thinking.
"What they believe dosnt matter to me." He replyed.
What he said left them both confused because he had his head down when they first got to the car.
"This always happens when I leave the house so it's nothing new." He spoke as he thought about how whenever he would go out and run into someone from school they would give him funny looks and he could overhear them mention that video if someone asked about why they were looking at him weirdly.
Even at school he had to deal with it if someone from the drama club showed up. They were the most mad about the stage collapsing and just wanted someone to blame.
"You both probably havnt noticed as they dont say it out loud but their stares are quite obvious to me." Hearing him say this they wernt sure how to respond.
'This happenes every time he go's out?' They both thought as they looked at him acting as if everything had nothing to do with him.
"Sweety, it's ok if it bothers you but I do hope you will let me know."Jasmine spoke to him in a motherly voice.
"Well it dosnt as ive gotten used to it." He replyed.
Driving the rest of the way home in silence he carryed there bags in and put them on the couch before heading to his room to sleep a few more hours as it was only 4pm and he was still tired from only sleeping about 4 hours earlier in the morning.
