Kamou accompanied by her manager reached the location early. It was a photoshoot for the cover of a magazine, so the venue was decided by them. Since, she was a newbie who had gathered some fan following recently the magazine wanted to do an exclusive interview with her.
Compared to other days, today was less hectic for her, thanks to her manager, Miss Min. She took good care of her. These were the perks of being in signed with a good agency. Kamou was launched by one of the most reputed agencies, who dealt with actors only. The agency was home to some of the prominent names in the industry. Though she was an outsider, she was treated well by her staff.
After the interview was done, she had an important meeting to attend. It was with Producer Kim, who wanted a new face for his upcoming romantic movie. The cast of the movie was yet to be decided. Kamou's agency was trying hard to grab the female lead's role for her. If the meeting turns out successful, it would be her first project as a lead actress.

In the dressing room, Kamou was surrounded by makeup artists and hairdressers. The professionals were busy applying makeup on her face when a delivery came for her. Surprised by it Kamou reached out to see who the sender was. It was a bouquet of white lilies, stems tied together in beautiful pink and white ribbons. There was a note attached to the ribbon, which she carefully took out and excused herself. She opened the note to read it secretly.
'You didn't tell me which flowers you liked, so I took a chance. I read somewhere that you love white lilies. I hope these bring a smile on your face.'
Kamou actually loved white lilies, the white color calmed her senses down. It was the first time someone sent her flowers. A satisfactory smile appeared on her face, which was there for the whole day.
Done with her interview she headed out to meet Producer Kim. Kamou reached his office with her manager and they started their conversation regarding the role. Producer Kim gave a few lines for her to read, he wanted to see whether the role suited her. He asked a few questions from her related to her past roles as well as the roles she wanted to do in the future.
The meeting with Producer Kim went very well. The pleasant aura and her elegance impressed Producer Kim. What he imagined for the female lead fitted Kamou well. Her soft facial features, her voice suited the character. The way she carried herself around was different and he wanted different, that's why he was looking for a new face. Once, the meeting was over, he reached out to her agency offering her the lead role.
After the meeting, Kamou had nothing scheduled for the day. She arrived home, took a relaxing bath and got changed. Now that she was free from all other distractions, she gently placed the lilies in a vase. The note that came in with the flower, she kept it safely in one of her drawers. She took out her phone and searched her contacts for his number. Staring at the number for quite some time, after hesitating for a while she decided to text him.

Laying on his bed, tired from the day's work, Juho kept checking his phone regularly for her call. Soon as he heard that the flowers he sent got delivered, he kept waiting by his phone all day. The day passed, it was night time now yet she didn't contact him. Disheartened, he accepted that she might not be interested in talking. He kept his phone in his pocket and headed to the kitchen for his dinner.
Juho felt lonely without her. It was only one night that he spent with her but now that he was at home, alone, he was missing her. Juho had been on his own from the age of thirteen, he left his home to become an idol. Now he was very successful, loved by his fans but the success couldn't cover for the time of childhood he lost. He sat on the couch, watching T.V., eating his food alone, nobody to talk to.
Then his cell phone vibrated. He casually looked at it. A text message from an unknown number. This was his private number, only few had access to it. Confused he opened the text.
'Thank you for the flowers! I loved them.' It read.
After waiting so long, finally she texted. Reading the words lifted his mood and a wide smile appeared on his face. His house, his life and his dinner table didn't feel empty like before. Though she wasn't there but he had someone to talk to. For him these were small step he was taking towards her. With every step, every meeting, every conversation he was getting closer and closer to her.
'I am glad you liked it.' He replied.
'What do you think about the thing I mentioned in the note I left at the hotel?' He hesitantly asked.
He was getting anxious waiting for her reply. What would she say? Do I sound too desperate? Should I slow it down a bit? What if she thinks something negative and stops talking to me? Cursing himself for sending the text so hastily.
'Today I auditioned for a new project. If I get it, I would like to take you out.' She replied.
'Just a friendly invitation. It's not a date.' She immediately added.
Juho's hopes reached an all-time high reading she wanted to take him out. But they were all thrown out of the window with 'It's not a date'. Still, he tried to be satisfied with her invite. At least he had a chance for she didn't reject the idea of them going out and spending time together. This means she also wanted to know him.
'Sure. Just keep me posted.' He replied.
'Cool! Bye now.' She replied casually.
