As Kyle and Cartman were carrying the two weak teens, they both heard a faint yell come from the far distance. Kyle's heart jolted as if he was punched in the chest when he recognized it was Stan yelling.
"STAN!"
He didn't think, he set the girl on the ground.
"Cartman we need to save Stan, he's in trouble!"
"What about these two?"
".... Stay with them. I'll be back."
Before Cartman could protest, Kyle was already running as fast as he could. He remembered which direction it came from, it was a good 4 minutes of running as fast as he could until he got lost.
"Fuck... STAN!!!!" He screamed out loud.
Hearing a loud knock real close by, Kyle ran the corner and saw someone walk in a room while the door closed behind. "STAN!" He yelled while making his way in the room. When he went inside, he saw nothing but darkness. Taking a few steps forward, he heard the door squeak as it was closing from behind. Kyle quickly turned around in panic as he banged on the door real hard.
"FUCK, LET ME OUT!!" He shouted.
He tried opening the door but it wasn't budging. Whoever trapped him inside knew this place inside out. At that moment the intercom went off in the room he was in. "Didn't you want to see your friend? He's right behind you."
This sent shivers down his spine when he heard heavy breathing coming from behind him. Slowly turning his head, he saw the smallest glimpse of red light coming from the EXIT sign above him. He was frozen in disbelief and utter shock when he saw Stan but he had red running down his face.
"S-Stan?"

Jess, Ivy, Token and the stranger who took charge, all somehow got lost and tried finding any lead to a cure. Jess was having problems seeing in the dark considering she had one working eye. She flashed her phone for a source of light as she was in a much darker section of the lab. The smallest sounds were startling her, she nearly had a heart ache when a steel door slammed shut. Looking around the corner, she saw a silhouette running off down the hall. She was about to yell out, "Hey," but she didn't the moment she heard loud banging coming from the door ahead. She thought it might be a crazy but she knew it was someone in trouble when she heard, "Fuck, let me out!" Running to the point she nearly fell, she noticed a metal pole was wedged against the door to stop it from opening from the other side. When she removed the pole, she heard screaming coming from inside. Her heart stabbed in pain as she quickly opened the door. She screamed out when someone fell back on her. She was on her back while looking up at a bloody faced Stan as he placed both hands on her neck while strangling her with all his body weight. She quickly grew a massive head rush and struggled to breath. She didn't think as she wacked him in the face with the metal pole in her hand causing him to get off her and yell out.
"Stan.. your... one of them." She softly spoke while tightening her grip on the metal pole.
Her heart was breaking for all the people that cared so much for this boy, all the people that would miss him dearly.. Tears fell from her face as she held the metal pole up high.
"I'm sorry.."
The moment she said the words. He yelled out loud while throwing himself at her. She had to close her eyes as she swung down and felt the pole vibrate so hard it tingled her hands to the point it hurt. The more she swung, the more she screamed out loud while wanting his screams to go away. She didn't stop until she was hugged from behind. "Jess... Jess.. stop!!!"
Jess dropped the metal pole while falling on her knees and finally opened her eyes to see the blood filled mess she made. If no one heard where she was before, they definitely heard what she did next. She screamed so loud her throat hurt and her voice was cracking. She didn't want to believe it but she actually killed a student. She didn't want to but she had to.
"Woah, what's going on?!" Token asked while running up to the two girls. It wasn't long before everyone met together to witness why the red head was weeping. They all remained scarred and in denial as they saw the remains of their friend.
Cartman walked up to Stan and fell to his knees and placed his hand on his deceased friend's. "Stan?"
This caused Token to finally choke up in his tears and mutter, "fuck."
"No.... NOOOOOOOOOO STAN!!!!" Cartman screamed out loud.
Then it dawned on Jess, she remembered someone was calling for help. She slowly pulled herself to her feet as she slowly made her way inside the dark room. Using her phone as a light source again, she saw a body laying against the wall. Flashing her light on the body, more tears streamed down her face as she saw Kyle with blood coming from his forehead down to his chin as he was unconscious.
"Kyle... KYLE!!" She yelled while shaking the boy.
This sparked more anger in Cartman as he rushed in the room with her and check on his friend. He laid the red haired boy on his back as Cartman listened for breathing. Hearing NO breaths come from Kyle, Cartman had to take a quick second to calm down for the next part. "Stand back." He told Jess while placing both hands on Kyle's chest and kept his elbows straight and positioned his shoulders directly above his hands. Using his upper body weight, he pushed straight down on Kyle's chest about 2 inches. Doing this three times them angled his friend's head at an angle and pinched his nose and breathed into his mouth. Cartman repeated this method repeatedly. He was now crying his eyes out, "Kyle you can't fucking die! YOU CAN'T FUCKING DIE! BREATH FUCKING BREATH!!!" He yelled while smashing his fists down on the red haired boy, causing him to cough out loud.
Cartman and Jess was shocked as Cartman quickly rolled Kyle to the side to help him breath. Kyle pulled all the oxygen he possibly could and letting it all out.
"Kyle, Kyle your alive." Jess said while rubbing his back.
He looked around a bit confused and in a daze. "What happened?... Where is Stan?"
The two remained quiet as Kyle's heart jolted so hard he thought he would faint. He nearly threw himself off the ground and made his way to the remains of his best friend. If the crazies didn't hear the students inside, they did now after Kyle let out a pained scream.
Outside the lab, eyes narrowed to the shattered window as loud screaming could be heard from inside. Several growling crazies quickly ran to the window and pulled themselves inside and ran at full speed to the screaming student that needed all the time in the world to grieve over the lose of the most important person in his life. Someone he didn't even get the chance to say goodbye to, the same one that Wendy insisted that he would stay at the gym. The same boy that promised to come back to her and live to see past this horrible time.. Kyle was not the same. He changed after this very moment. No one could prepare for what was to come next.
