He opened his eyes slowly. His eyes burned with the light. He specifically remembered dying. He was stabbed in the chest, right after that happened. Right? The images in his eyes were too vivid not to be accurate. It had to happen.
"They are so adorable. They are perfect." The voice was soft and articulate. When his eyes adjusted, he saw he was in the arms of a beautiful woman. She was a petite woman with delicate features. Her hair was long and so blonde it looked silver. Her lips were full and red with emerald, green eyes. She had an air of elegance and dignity, like he was looking at a princess.
He opened his mouth to say something but only cries and moans came out. Why could he not speak? He reached for something. Then he noticed his hand was small, like it belonged to a baby. 'What, that can't be right?'
"Oh, whatever shall we call them?" The woman smiled down at him like he was a treasure. It was a little weird he was not used to being looked at like that. However, he was able to piece together what was going on. He died, but now he was a baby. He was reincarnated in this new place. It seemed not too bad. His only regret is that he can't get revenge against that man.
"I am not sure, my love." The voice was rough and powerful. He turned his head to find a large man. This man looked like he had authority. Not only was he built like a mountain, but he was also dressed in fine clothes. He had a handsome face and a strong jaw. He would be perfect if he didn't have a long-jagged scar down the right side of his face.
In his arms was a swaddled baby. The baby had light, almost white hair. The boy was sleeping soundly against his body. He held the baby like it was a precious thing he could not afford to lose.
The woman curled her ruby lips, looking down at me. "I know … Asher and Jude." She smiled down at me.

"Those are wonderful names." The man let out a laugh. He looked at the boy in his arms with love and affection. A new screen popped up.

A string of servants and what looked like guards came by and congratulated the duke and duchess on their healthy children. Asher smiled as some people greeted him in the new world. And what a wonderful world it would be.
